He's also been present at a party with his family (2009); brother (his then partner now wife) and his mother, both named Alefantis. And last but not least, we know his dad's name is Achilles "Lee" Alefantis. There is nothing in the name, it's in the actions.

Let this go. His name is James Achilles Alefantis. There is no "J'aime L'enfants", it's just similar. It has been widely discussed on here and reddit (and elsewhere) for weeks. Sometimes, a coincidence in sounding similar is just that, a coincidence. And for all those jumping on the name Achilles, that was/is his dad's name, nothing more to it. Focus on the real stuff.

If you follow the street behind that park (which also has gate access to the park) you will see a building directly behind on the same plot of land. The building as far as I can tell is part of the property and isn't assigned it's own number. If you click on various parts of the building on google maps it redirects to several of the houses in the front. I'll try to figure out more about this later.

There are several suspicious elements to this building. First of all it has very discreet access not visible to the main roads. If Tochilin is actually somewhere else (e.g., in an old people's home somewhere) his property would still be owned by him but uninhabited. Alefantis could be taking advantage of this. It's in NW Washington, so not a world away from Comet. It's difficult to say whether there's anything suspicious here, without knowing what other work has been undertaken by what seems to be Alefantis's own building-related business.

There is evidence that Alefantis is involved in a great many businesses. While following Voat I've seen a great many leads on his other, non-restaurant related businesses. I wish now that I'd compiled a list. But even his restaurant-related businesses (2 in Washington, 1 or 2 in Berlin) should keep him pretty occupied. He also seems to be on the board of directors or in some kind of top role for a great many arts-related entities.

Since, so far as we know, Alefantis is not in the building industry, it is hard to imagine what his connection to this work could possibly be. The obvious conclusion is that Alefantis actually owns this house - I've seen information suggesting that he owns a good many properties - and that the record you've seen indicating that it is owned by Boris Tochilin is a mistake or is out of date. I wonder how far it is away from Comet.
