I found a new lead, James Alefantis linked to a strange LLC and property in DC (pizzagate)

DC Building permit records show that James Alefantis performed upgrades to a property in DC that he does not own.

Two things were done

The owner is Boris Rochilin, who ever that is.

When you look for this company you find information about a company called CHRISTOPHER ACHILLES LLC . https://opencorporates.com/companies/us_dc/EXTUID_2878514 Owned by JAMES ALEFANTIS, ! His lawyer, ROBERT A. HARRIS IV has opened many LLC with Alefantis.

Why would James Alefantis (a chef and restaurateur) use an LLC to do home renovations on a house he doesn't even own?

Anyone have any theories on why there is a cable from the wall over the roof? Other things I noticed (the devil is in the detail - movie crime dramas are always solved):

Cat cage by the entrance. Freaky looking gnome sculpture The spray painting of course.

This lead by itself is nothing, but someone should keep track of it - details like this may help solving the puzzle later.

potentially a ground wire for lightening strikes, but perhaps more likely a TV cable wire ... which obviously shouldn't be running over the roof, but when you look at the sloppiness of it, who knows

Theory would be Sat dish. They all have to face a certain direction and if you look on the other side of the street, it seems like the sat dish would have to be on the other side of the house(and possibly on roof) to get clear path for signal.

I think that's the reflection of the tree. Check out the blue house. It looks weird. Look up top, it looks like the blinds are pulled up, but their is something covering the windows.

The spray paint looks like something that and older person has done trying to make it look like kids did it, if someone younger sprayed that it would be detailed n well noticeable, where as you'd hardly notice this

you have to use google street view and go down the street a little.. look to the left. I was trying to see if streetview went around the back side of the property, and noticed there's a playground on the street corner
