Two things were done
Replacement in kind of interior wall coverings. Replacement in kind, when applied to
architectural features, means replacement with a feature of like material that replicates the
existing feature in proportion, appearance, texture, design, detail and dimensions
Replacement in kind of up to 5 fire windows. Replacement in kind, when applied to
architectural features, means replacement with a feature of like material that replicates the
existing feature in proportion, appearance, texture, design, detail and dimensions.
Did he hide something in the walls? Soundproof the windows?
Stranger yet, he does not own the property

The owner is Boris Rochilin, who ever that is.
Some of the records that a company called CASTELLUM ACHILLES asked for permits.

When you look for this company you find information about a company called CHRISTOPHER ACHILLES LLC .

Owned by JAMES ALEFANTIS, ! His lawyer, ROBERT A. HARRIS IV has opened many LLC with Alefantis.
The house don't look like a place a rich, well connected person like James Alefantis would live:

Why would James Alefantis (a chef and restaurateur) use an LLC to do home renovations on a house he doesn't even own?

Anyone have any theories on why there is a cable from the wall over the roof? Other things I noticed (the devil is in the detail - movie crime dramas are always solved):
Cat cage by the entrance. Freaky looking gnome sculpture The spray painting of course.
This lead by itself is nothing, but someone should keep track of it - details like this may help solving the puzzle later.

potentially a ground wire for lightening strikes, but perhaps more likely a TV cable wire ... which obviously shouldn't be running over the roof, but when you look at the sloppiness of it, who knows
look at the barred window on the white house next to it - what do you see?

According to a friend of mine, swingers will often put a gnome in front of their house as a symbol to other swingers.

Only thing I can say about the wire; having worked as a cable guy it looks like some crappy installation. I could be wrong tho it's been almost 10 years since I had a job like that.

I noticed Portugal on a poster in the bedroom??
But these pics are from zillow prior to being sold so it wouldn't look the same now - as far as contents and details go

Theory would be Sat dish. They all have to face a certain direction and if you look on the other side of the street, it seems like the sat dish would have to be on the other side of the house(and possibly on roof) to get clear path for signal.

Northeast urban dwellings oftentimes look like a shit storm of wires. Ppl are lazy and wont run wire/coax through walls.
