Two things were done
Replacement in kind of interior wall coverings. Replacement in kind, when applied to
architectural features, means replacement with a feature of like material that replicates the
existing feature in proportion, appearance, texture, design, detail and dimensions
Replacement in kind of up to 5 fire windows. Replacement in kind, when applied to
architectural features, means replacement with a feature of like material that replicates the
existing feature in proportion, appearance, texture, design, detail and dimensions.
Did he hide something in the walls? Soundproof the windows?
Stranger yet, he does not own the property

The owner is Boris Rochilin, who ever that is.
Some of the records that a company called CASTELLUM ACHILLES asked for permits.

When you look for this company you find information about a company called CHRISTOPHER ACHILLES LLC .

Owned by JAMES ALEFANTIS, ! His lawyer, ROBERT A. HARRIS IV has opened many LLC with Alefantis.
The house don't look like a place a rich, well connected person like James Alefantis would live:

Why would James Alefantis (a chef and restaurateur) use an LLC to do home renovations on a house he doesn't even own?

Appears to be a fellow named John Kreher or something like that. It's a one man construction outfit. Looks like an average dude, but lives in DC. Has a FB page if you google that LLC's name and you'll find it.

So why did James Alefantis say he got into the pizza business (to that citizen interviewer) because he never knew how to do anything else if he's connected to so many other LLCs and things? Like this construction contractor biz.
And of course, Here Comes Your Man LLC has a creepy review from 2015: http://archive.is/Y2Rav
"I met with John several times to discuss the project, I appreciated his laid back style and no-pressure approach to my search for answers. The best thing about it was that John asked the questions that I had no idea I needed to know, when he finally did do the job, he never charged me a penny more than what we had talked for the budget, and he showed up on time.. then all of a sudden, I came home, the job was done, and his tools, his first mate Amos, and he were gone like it was all a dream, my home is better, and I have this sexy steel tube running the length of my kitchen and I love it!!!!!!! Note of Warning: If he tells you he will be there at 8 am, you better get up and get dressed by 7:30 am because he is going to be prompt!!!"
Sounds pretty normal until "I have this sexy steel tube running the length of my kitchen and I love it!!!!!!!"
