I found a new lead, James Alefantis linked to a strange LLC and property in DC (pizzagate)

DC Building permit records show that James Alefantis performed upgrades to a property in DC that he does not own.

When you look for this company you find information about a company called CHRISTOPHER ACHILLES LLC . https://opencorporates.com/companies/us_dc/EXTUID_2878514 Owned by JAMES ALEFANTIS, ! His lawyer, ROBERT A. HARRIS IV has opened many LLC with Alefantis.

Why would James Alefantis (a chef and restaurateur) use an LLC to do home renovations on a house he doesn't even own?

If Tochilin is actually somewhere else (e.g., in an old people's home somewhere) his property would still be owned by him but uninhabited. Alefantis could be taking advantage of this. It's in NW Washington, so not a world away from Comet. It's difficult to say whether there's anything suspicious here, without knowing what other work has been undertaken by what seems to be Alefantis's own building-related business.
