Hi there u/Pizzagate_detective

I've momentarily halted my other projects because of this. Thank you for the information.

As a sort of preliminary I would like to discuss some issues I see with this property. First thing I looked for was graffiti markers as indicator. This is present on the wall outside the property. "Kid's [unknown] 6" https://i.sli.mg/JHThUS.png

Now this particular property is located right next to a park on the corner. If you follow the street behind that park (which also has gate access to the park) you will see a building directly behind on the same plot of land. The building as far as I can tell is part of the property and isn't assigned it's own number. If you click on various parts of the building on google maps it redirects to several of the houses in the front. I'll try to figure out more about this later.

There are several suspicious elements to this building. First of all it has very discreet access not visible to the main roads. As of may 2014 the building has construction tarps across the roof. https://i.sli.mg/S2Umgt.png The building also has an internal garage. Ground level windows are barred https://i.sli.mg/ESDGpj.png

https://i.sli.mg/v6FXx8.png Graffiti in the back alley with a directional marker towards the building. Second angle shows more graffiti was added https://i.sli.mg/Q856TV.png

Two people happened to be entering the alley when the google car was passing through. They clearly stopped to let it pass. https://i.sli.mg/449HGD.png (unrelated the man in the red shirt has shoes that can act as a secondary confirmation of the date in which this was taken. They were popular around that time.)

The door on the back building posses graffiti that may act as a marker. https://i.sli.mg/qDQ5ik.png High positioning on the deadbolt. https://i.sli.mg/15lxG6.png

Strangely the building has a second garage door which is actually a loading ramp typical in commercial buildings. That's strange because of it's remote location. https://i.sli.mg/4Rkmad.png

The building directly across from this has 3619 13st NW scrawled on it. https://i.sli.mg/qgp99q.png I'm not sure what the truck is it appears to be a private contractor vehicle. Google failed to remove it's license plate : 5AT 9397 (probably unrelated/will check later). Additional markings https://i.sli.mg/g6UNyB.png Previously there was a dumpster there (possibly for construction).

Trashcans behind the building are marked 3533 https://i.sli.mg/ESfv6d.png Of note in 2014 there was a lot of construction on the properties in this area as well as several zipcar locations. I would call this a middle class neighborhood for D.C the residents seem fairly comfortable as security is lax.

Alright that's about all I can pull from the maps. I'll search the llc later.
