Two things were done
Replacement in kind of interior wall coverings. Replacement in kind, when applied to
architectural features, means replacement with a feature of like material that replicates the
existing feature in proportion, appearance, texture, design, detail and dimensions
Replacement in kind of up to 5 fire windows. Replacement in kind, when applied to
architectural features, means replacement with a feature of like material that replicates the
existing feature in proportion, appearance, texture, design, detail and dimensions.
Did he hide something in the walls? Soundproof the windows?
Stranger yet, he does not own the property

The owner is Boris Rochilin, who ever that is.
Some of the records that a company called CASTELLUM ACHILLES asked for permits.

When you look for this company you find information about a company called CHRISTOPHER ACHILLES LLC .

Owned by JAMES ALEFANTIS, ! His lawyer, ROBERT A. HARRIS IV has opened many LLC with Alefantis.
The house don't look like a place a rich, well connected person like James Alefantis would live:

Why would James Alefantis (a chef and restaurateur) use an LLC to do home renovations on a house he doesn't even own?

Alefantis also was delinquent on his property taxes in 2013 and nearly lost Comet Ping Pong to a tax sale. That, to me, indicates he is not quite as wealthy as people think he is.

Alefantis owns and co-owns so many businesses that it would seem to be very difficult to form an accurate picture of his true net worth. I think he might be using the profits from one business to invest in another or that some of these businesses exist as ways to hide the profits he's making from another.

what's more they're businesses that handle cash and often pay employees and subcontractors in cash, or involve things like art in which the value of the goods/services is highly subjective and volatile. so practically a separate business for each thing he does, except perhaps some ones that hide in the dark and suck up a lot of cash flow? Or maybe generate extra cash flow? Dig away.....
