Sorry for the late reply, my dad made a facebook post talking about 40k gun homicides and I had to do research and found that most of those are suicides, a portion of homicides are of police officers or something else, and half of the actual true homicides are by gang members who could get them from police or military either by purchase or stealing. Nothing to do with "intelligence" everything to do with real-world experience, responsibility, and ease of enforcement. It's easy to prove if someone is of age, and you can't bend straight facts to suit your view. If you base it off of intelligence instead, it's open to interpretation and abuse. Also, because intelligence is normally distributed, there is a very high chance that out of all the 8 year old children around, there'll be at least a handful of them that are smart if not more so, than the average intelligence of an 18 year, and having sex with an 8-year old is, as you ackknowledged, absolutely wrong. This is why I posted the four hour video. You don't need to watch all four hours to get the gist of it, I've only watched 40 minutes thus far. The problem with arguments on the internet, as you acknowledge, is that you have one source for, and source against, and it gets very messy very quickly. This video goes through the foremost authority on the holocaust, full of sources, and used extensively as the foundation for all things holocaust related. Think of it as the holocaust bible. They then go through the sources referenced in this bible one by one, and expose all the inconsistencies, where or how they originated, the impossibilities of the situations, the flaws, etc. Watch it for 15 minutes. If you still doubt, watch it for another 15, and so on and so forth. Hell, you can and should watch and, and pause the video every minute or so to look up the material they're using and confirm that the book/literature is correct.

I'll try to do better next time. Any way we can set up a response functionality to let those that report know that an action has been taken on it? Might help motivate users to do that more often. If you report something and it goes silent, you get no positive feedback for having done so. I know it's more work on your part, but I know how my own mind works, and I'm usually right when I extrapolate what works in my head onto others.

I check that entire official website. Why is that?

I'm a non-Jew who had ancestors in the camps. Grandma made it to Auschwitz itself, having been originally picked up by Gestapo in south Serbia for helping Partisan guerrillas. She was about 20 at the time. She only died about 4 years ago. It's really unfortunate that I haven't met you voaters earlier, because I would have loved to quiz her from a more skeptical point of view. Hell, I would have done an AMA for you guys.
Grandma arrived in Auschwitz I think in January 1943. My numbers are fuzzy, I really need to work this out, but I think she spent maybe short of a year in Auschwitz, before getting transferred to some light bulb factory. The conditions in the light bulb factory were much better, and she was no longer in life danger. She was eventually freed by Americans.
She barely survived the few months in Auschwitz, not because anybody was trying to kill her, but because the conditions in the camps were deteriorated. Food got scarce, and disease was deadly. At one point she almost died of typhoid. She credits her life to another prisoner, some Soviet woman, who gave her some medication.
Ashes
This is what prompted me to write the whole thing. The only Auschwitz work duty of grandma's that I heard of was spreading bags of ash in the field, like you would do with fertilizer. The reason I heard of it was because the only time a German guard got out of line and raised a hand to her was once during that duty.
You're supposed to spread the ash in straight lines, and I guess she fucked up and made her line crooked one too many times, and the guard got off the horse and hit her. His superior officer saw it, and rebuked him on the spot, in front of all the prisoners. That flies in the face of Hollywood depictions of an orgy of violence.
By the sounds of things the bags she was spreading in that field did contain ash from the dead inmates, probably mostly Jews, as Grandma says that their side of the camp had even worse conditions.
And conditions really did differ greatly depending on where you were. My Great-grandpa (not related to grandma) was the other family member who ended up in a concentration camp, Mauthausen. (Previously I said Dachau to someone on this site, maybe it was with my old login. I fucked up, it wasn't Dachau, it was Mauthausen.)
The conditions he was in were objectively excellent. No comparison. See he was picked up as an Officer POW. He got picked up when Germans were rounding up men in his small Serbian town for god-knows-what. Most likely they just needed some ditches dug. But it could have also been one of the mass executions. (For a while Germans were trying out a policy of quelling the Serbian guerrilla uprisings by killing 100 Serbian civilians for every German soldier killed by guerrillas.)
Anyway, when they came to round up Great-grandpa, they searched the rest of the house for any hidden men of age. They didn't find any, but they saw Great-grandpa's old military uniform. He was around 50 at the time and had long retired from that work, but he had been a Major in the Serbian army. When the supervising German officer saw that, he separated him from the rest of the prisoners, and took him as a POW.
He got shipped off to Mauthausen Oflag. The conditions there were great. He was a sculptor after retiring from the army, and he organized an artist's colony among the inmates. At the end of the war he brought his sculptures he made there home with him. I mean this sounds better than Club Fed.
In fact Mauthausen Oflag was so good that he went back to it voluntarily. See at some point during the war, the Serbian puppet government was looking to fill out their positions, and they summoned him back to Belgrade to offer him some government post. He got back to Serbia, sniffed around, and I think figured out that he's safer lying low than getting involved. So he politely declined and went back to the concentration camp.
Here's what I think happened, big picture. I think in the beginning German concentration camps were basically the same as American internment camps. But there was a world of difference between running a camp in Hawaii where the country was still fully functional, and running it in Poland where there is death and destruction everywhere from land and sky and the country is losing the biggest bloodiest war in history.
Clearly Mauthausen Oflag was heaven compared to Auschwitz. And in Auschwitz itself there was segregation, and it sounds like my grandma's section, as deadly as it was, was still better than Jews had it, maybe better than men had it, etc.
And as organized as the Germans are, shit was falling apart everywhere. Last time I posted here about this, I tried to track down when my Grandma was admitted to Auschwitz based on her tattoo number. That's when I discovered that Auschwitz had like 20 different tattoo formats over the years, and that they fucked up the numbering repeatedly. This from a nation that is normally so amazingly organized and disciplined. About 10 years ago my grandma was sitting at home in Serbia watching the news. She's looking at the usual shit show of corruption and incompetence that is Serbia and spontaneously bursts out "This place needs a German". That's how respected German efficiency and discipline is, and yet in Auschwitz they couldn't even keep their tattoo numbers sequential.

One thing I can produce of his is the picture of the sculpture we have that he made in Oflag, it has an actual inscription of Oflag number and date.

Honestly, though, I would do exactly this:
Talk to him and have him talk about the Nuremberg Trials, if he even knows about them. Maybe hint early on that "anyone that knows anything about it knows about the Nuremberg Trials." So he maybe takes a minute to look them up, or at least asks you what they are.
Explain what Jewgle tells you they are to him, then ask him if he believes having a trial for the Germans was a good thing, and if he thinks that's a good foundation upon which to believe the Holocaust.
If he agrees with all of that, ask him [why, if the Holocaust happened, were the widely-publicized Nuremberg Trials a complete sham]? Wouldn't there have been plenty of real evidence to have a fair trial and have these guys executed for their crimes? Why were the Germans tortured for their testimony, if the evidence was so overwhelming? Why were the Allies not tried for the same crimes outlined in the Nuremberg Principles the Germans were tried for? (all in that link)

One logical fallacy to point out:
The user incorrectly asserts that it’s somehow easier to kill millions of people than to not kill millions of people.
I see this flawed line of thinking whenever I point out that a terror event like New Zealand is a fake hoax with no authentic deaths. People always say “the government doesn’t care, they would just kill people, it would be a lot easier than faking it.”
This is not a perfect comparison because obviously Germans were not trying to fake a genocide, it was just a matter of propaganda and editing history that took place after the war.
But still, the idea that it’s easier for anyone to commit mass murder and deal with covering up their crime for the rest of their lives than just to put some fake actors on television talking about a shooting that didn’t happen is so absurd on many levels.
Another thing the Holocaust makes me think of is that so many people have accepted that it is almost entirely a fabrication, involving generations of conspirators disseminating propaganda, outright lying, literal historical revision, easily one of the biggest and most far-fetched sounding “conspiracy theories” in the world.... but they somehow don’t think a relatively tiny terrorist shooting or bombing could ever be faked.
The cognitive dissonance of being a Holocaust revisionist/denier yet thinking the TELEVISION is telling you the truth about a mass shooting is so bizarre to me.

(Not only am I lazy, others are lazy too)
From the bits I read it seems the gas chambers were for lice and and it is really odd that the one place added concrete over the massive graves preventing people from doing sonar or whatever, so I do see the possibility of it being fake (After all, the winners write the history books)

Sorry for the late reply, my dad made a facebook post talking about 40k gun homicides and I had to do research and found that most of those are suicides, a portion of homicides are of police officers or something else, and half of the actual true homicides are by gang members who could get them from police or military either by purchase or stealing. Sadly I couldn't find sources on strict gun law affecting this at all.
I personally believe more in intelligence stuff for consent really, as the 18 thing is usually in hopes that the person is intelligent enough at that time I would assume. Perhaps a test for sex, such as a test to drive (Yeah, 16 year olds can drive in some states if they pass the test or are learning). That way people can take a test to be able to procreate. Of course, there is no way an 8 year old would pass, but perhaps a 16 year old that studies, or maybe a 14 year old if they are some super human einstein.
Of course you could look at it as, either I am memeing or perhaps love doesn't mean sex, such as I love my dad, and I love lolis, does that mean I want to have sex with my dad? I spent a while actually trying to see if I could find sources that proves this theory but with so much denying it, finding legit looking proof was hard, aka one of the main reasons I would want someone claiming these things to give proof as it shouldn't be my job to prove they are right.

Nothing to do with "intelligence" everything to do with real-world experience, responsibility, and ease of enforcement. It's easy to prove if someone is of age, and you can't bend straight facts to suit your view. If you base it off of intelligence instead, it's open to interpretation and abuse. Also, because intelligence is normally distributed, there is a very high chance that out of all the 8 year old children around, there'll be at least a handful of them that are smart if not more so, than the average intelligence of an 18 year, and having sex with an 8-year old is, as you ackknowledged, absolutely wrong. Also, average implies that half the 18 year olds would be smarter, and half not as smart so as to meet the threshold for consent. It's too confusing, impractical, and wrong.

This is why I posted the four hour video. You don't need to watch all four hours to get the gist of it, I've only watched 40 minutes thus far. The problem with arguments on the internet, as you acknowledge, is that you have one source for, and source against, and it gets very messy very quickly. This video goes through the foremost authority on the holocaust, full of sources, and used extensively as the foundation for all things holocaust related. Think of it as the holocaust bible. They then go through the sources referenced in this bible one by one, and expose all the inconsistencies, where or how they originated, the impossibilities of the situations, the flaws, etc. Watch it for 15 minutes. If you still doubt, watch it for another 15, and so on and so forth. Hell, you can and should watch and, and pause the video every minute or so to look up the material they're using and confirm that the book/literature is correct.
It's one thing for starving peasants to steal their clothes to survive. It's another thing entirely to wear the clothes of your enemy, murder entire villages, and pose for numerous, high-quality photos while doing so. The evidence is not talking about missing german uniforms, it's how the uniforms were used by soviet soldiers.
It's not easy, you strike me as incredibly lazy. Watch the damn video if you're serious. We're talking about one of the worst lies/deceptions/injustices in history, that laid the groundwork for the fall of the western world as we know it. And you can't bring yourself to watch even 15 minutes, let alone the whole 4 hour thing.

I'll try to do better next time. Any way we can set up a response functionality to let those that report know that an action has been taken on it? Might help motivate users to do that more often. If you report something and it goes silent, you get no positive feedback for having done so. I know it's more work on your part, but I know how my own mind works, and I'm usually right when I extrapolate what works in my head onto others.
A ping always got you, and sometimes would get putt. I don't recall ever hearing anything from a report.
Not a complaint, really, just an observation; I'll try to use it going forward either way.

Putting people into camps just to kill them is what makes me disbelieve the narrative that they were death camps. While it was true that there were mass killings, but I believe they were to help the people in the people such as you are eliminating the sick or you have a certain amount of food and you have to choose someone to save the others.
You dont send someone to a camp just to kill them and even if you do, why do they have a camp? As soon as they walk in the door you would kill them, otherwise you have to spend resources to keep them alive. And yet they lasted to the end of the war...
All this being said I do think that many people did still die in those camps and that should be mourned but I also have a feeling that should the US be found in the reverse situation where Germany was about to win the war and the US was having trouble with supplies, those Japanese in those camps in the US would have found themselves dying in a similar fashion to those in the German camps.

I then took a timestamped picture of the page he might be referring to and said, 1. that was NOT what Hitler said, and 2. his "translation" was stretching a fuck ton and he was plugging assumptions in there. I then gave him the REAL translation and asked other Germans to confirm.

Why is that? Look at the blueprints shown on the Holocaust Museum website of Auschwitz itself, there is no large second chamber near the crematiorium to be found anywhere on the website, just some tiny miniscule thumbnail and you can't read any of the blueprint properly. I check that entire official website. Why is that?
These are only a few examples. When people begin to doubt about something that is actually a lie, the rest takes care of itself.

I don't want to get into this discussion again, but I guess I have to.
I'm a non-Jew who had ancestors in the camps. Grandma made it to Auschwitz itself, having been originally picked up by Gestapo in south Serbia for helping Partisan guerrillas. She was about 20 at the time. She only died about 4 years ago. It's really unfortunate that I haven't met you voaters earlier, because I would have loved to quiz her from a more skeptical point of view. Hell, I would have done an AMA for you guys.
Grandma arrived in Auschwitz I think in January 1943. My numbers are fuzzy, I really need to work this out, but I think she spent maybe short of a year in Auschwitz, before getting transferred to some light bulb factory. The conditions in the light bulb factory were much better, and she was no longer in life danger. She was eventually freed by Americans.
She barely survived the few months in Auschwitz, not because anybody was trying to kill her, but because the conditions in the camps were deteriorated. Food got scarce, and disease was deadly. At one point she almost died of typhoid. She credits her life to another prisoner, some Soviet woman, who gave her some medication.
Ashes
This is what prompted me to write the whole thing. The only Auschwitz work duty of grandma's that I heard of was spreading bags of ash in the field, like you would do with fertilizer. The reason I heard of it was because the only time a German guard got out of line and raised a hand to her was once during that duty.
You're supposed to spread the ash in straight lines, and I guess she fucked up and made her line crooked one too many times, and the guard got off the horse and hit her. His superior officer saw it, and rebuked him on the spot, in front of all the prisoners. That flies in the face of Hollywood depictions of an orgy of violence.
By the sounds of things the bags she was spreading in that field did contain ash from the dead inmates, probably mostly Jews, as Grandma says that their side of the camp had even worse conditions.
And conditions really did differ greatly depending on where you were. My Great-grandpa (not related to grandma) was the other family member who ended up in a concentration camp, Mauthausen. (Previously I said Dachau to someone on this site, maybe it was with my old login. I fucked up, it wasn't Dachau, it was Mauthausen.)
The conditions he was in were objectively excellent. No comparison. See he was picked up as an Officer POW. He got picked up when Germans were rounding up men in his small Serbian town for god-knows-what. Most likely they just needed some ditches dug. But it could have also been one of the mass executions. (For a while Germans were trying out a policy of quelling the Serbian guerrilla uprisings by killing 100 Serbian civilians for every German soldier killed by guerrillas.)
Anyway, when they came to round up Great-grandpa, they searched the rest of the house for any hidden men of age. They didn't find any, but they saw Great-grandpa's old military uniform. He was around 50 at the time and had long retired from that work, but he had been a Major in the Serbian army. When the supervising German officer saw that, he separated him from the rest of the prisoners, and took him as a POW.
He got shipped off to Mauthausen Oflag. The conditions there were great. He was a sculptor after retiring from the army, and he organized an artist's colony among the inmates. At the end of the war he brought his sculptures he made there home with him. I mean this sounds better than Club Fed.
In fact Mauthausen Oflag was so good that he went back to it voluntarily. See at some point during the war, the Serbian puppet government was looking to fill out their positions, and they summoned him back to Belgrade to offer him some government post. He got back to Serbia, sniffed around, and I think figured out that he's safer lying low than getting involved. So he politely declined and went back to the concentration camp.
Here's what I think happened, big picture. I think in the beginning German concentration camps were basically the same as American internment camps. But there was a world of difference between running a camp in Hawaii where the country was still fully functional, and running it in Poland where there is death and destruction everywhere from land and sky and the country is losing the biggest bloodiest war in history.
Clearly Mauthausen Oflag was heaven compared to Auschwitz. And in Auschwitz itself there was segregation, and it sounds like my grandma's section, as deadly as it was, was still better than Jews had it, maybe better than men had it, etc.
And as organized as the Germans are, shit was falling apart everywhere. Last time I posted here about this, I tried to track down when my Grandma was admitted to Auschwitz based on her tattoo number. That's when I discovered that Auschwitz had like 20 different tattoo formats over the years, and that they fucked up the numbering repeatedly. This from a nation that is normally so amazingly organized and disciplined. About 10 years ago my grandma was sitting at home in Serbia watching the news. She's looking at the usual shit show of corruption and incompetence that is Serbia and spontaneously bursts out "This place needs a German". That's how respected German efficiency and discipline is, and yet in Auschwitz they couldn't even keep their tattoo numbers sequential.

As for great-grandpa, he wrote down a lot of stuff, there's a full book of his life up to the end of WW1. There's probably writings he had for WW2, I could inquire with my family.
One thing I can produce of his is the picture of the sculpture we have that he made in Oflag, it has an actual inscription of Oflag number and date.
None of that is proof now is it?

it would be more proof than your word alone at least, right now it's just you claiming that other people allegedly alleged things to you that's even less reliable than a first hand account which also aren't reliable. If you had pictures, tapes, and writing that would at least be evidence that you aren't making all of this up outright even if it isn't proof of your claims

I could buy the spreading ash story, spreading the ash of a few thousand typhus victims isn't inconsistent with holocaust revisionism. We don't argue there weren't crematoriums, we just argue they were used to dispose of diseased bodies rather than gassed ones. If these were gassing victims I’m not sure you’d want that much cyanide in your soil either. Unless its all burnt off in the cremation process it would stay in the ashes and poison the soil you sprinkle it on to a degree. Typhus would be destroyed by the heat in the cremation though.

The story is the Nazi's went to the insane lengths of building bone crushing machines grind all remains into an atomized particles that could never be found again (how convenient). When you add this into the masturbation machines, rollercoasters and no evidence of mass graves people flat out deny it, saying no cremation destroyed all the remains. My stepfather is German American. Born and raised in the US and can trace his family back 6 generations in Germany. He actually believes that more than 6 million jews were killed. He served in the army. Part of their training was that they were taken to Dachau and according to him, "shown bone and hair remains." Says he saw the gas chambers and that it "was deathly quiet after they showed us where the Jews were burned." Totally carries around much guilt over "what the Germans did to the Jews". Whenever I try to redpill him on the JQ, he says, "you have to see Auschwitz and Dachau for yourself." I admittedly haven't and the discussion pretty much ends.
He's a full on conservative, patriot and runs a successful business. Sadly, he's also a TV cuck who spends most of his nights watching programming: History channel, Fox news, etc.
Is it a waste of time even trying to talk to him about it because he's been so programmed for the last 60 years?

What did the ovens look like? How many were there? Did the tour guides say how many Jews were ovened? What happens when (((they))) only claim a MASSIVE 2,400 were buried because the cremation effort was too slow?
If the cremation ovens were so efficient why waste the effort digging a hole for a mere 2,400?

Talk to him and have him talk about the Nuremberg Trials, if he even knows about them. Maybe hint early on that "anyone that knows anything about it knows about the Nuremberg Trials." So he maybe takes a minute to look them up, or at least asks you what they are.
Explain what Jewgle tells you they are to him, then ask him if he believes having a trial for the Germans was a good thing, and if he thinks that's a good foundation upon which to believe the Holocaust.
If he agrees with all of that, ask him [why, if the Holocaust happened, were the widely-publicized Nuremberg Trials a complete sham]? Wouldn't there have been plenty of real evidence to have a fair trial and have these guys executed for their crimes? Why were the Germans tortured for their testimony, if the evidence was so overwhelming? Why were the Allies not tried for the same crimes outlined in the Nuremberg Principles the Germans were tried for? (all in that link)
