This thread is part of a chain of research and potential leads/connections with regards to political/spiritual corruption seemingly rooted in Wisconsin:
- Stretching: Ed Gein, August Kreis III, Wisconsin: I smell a connection
- Possible WI lead: The Walter Brewing Company; Prohibition
- Kurt Cobain: Afflicted, possible pizzagate/Wisconsin: Manson Family: Walter Brewing
- Jimmy Hoffa: Courtney Love: Kurt Cobain: WI root of 'evil'
- Menéndez Killers: Part of a series on political/spiritual corruption seemingly rooted in Wisconsin
- Root of Corruption: Menendez: Cuban Revolution: Fidel Castro: Iran-Contra < You are here
The purpose of this series, is, if nothing else, to document potential connections that bizarrely morbid murders/serial-killings seem to now share with political/spiritual corruption abroad, given the abstract and practical angles of investigation which suit the pizzagate theme; ritualistic/power-oriented abuse/trafficking of persons young or otherwise, including abstract methods of communication between those who seek to abuse power gained by nefarious means.
I was prompted to revisit the Cuban Revolution, thanks to comments and research in (5), this line of research also prompted me to revisit what I had already once read about Oliver North & the Iran-Contra affair...
The crossover of places and years is palpable, in conjunction with the rest of this series.
Even "August"(and variations thereof) appears over and over again, yet again...
This thread is in placeholder stage, I am processing A LOT of information right now, please bare with me.
Point of interest: Cuban Revolution
The Menéndez brothers' father, José Enrique Menéndez, was born in Havana, Cuba, and moved to the United States when he was 16, following the upheaval of the Cuban Revolution.

In 1909, the United States provided political support to Conservative-led forces rebelling against President Zelaya. On November 18, 1909, U.S. warships were sent to the area after 500 revolutionaries (including two Americans) were executed by order of Zelaya. Zelaya resigned later that year.
In August 1912, the President of Nicaragua, Adolfo Díaz, requested the secretary of war, General Luis Mena, to resign for fear he was leading an insurrection. Mena fled Managua with his brother, the chief of police of Managua, to start an insurrection. When the U.S. legation asked President Díaz to ensure the safety of American citizens and property during the insurrection, he replied he could not, and asked the United States to intervene in the conflict.[44]
United States Marines occupied Nicaragua from 1912 to 1933,[20]:111, 197[45] except for a nine-month period beginning in 1925. In 1914, the Bryan–Chamorro Treaty was signed, giving the U.S. control over a proposed canal through Nicaragua, as well as leases for potential canal defenses.[46] Following the evacuation of U.S. Marines, another violent conflict between Liberals and Conservatives took place in 1926, which resulted in the return of U.S. Marines.[47]
From 1927 until 1933, rebel general Augusto César Sandino led a sustained guerrilla war first against the Conservative regime and subsequently against the U.S. Marines, whom he fought for over five years.[48] When the Americans left in 1933, they set up the Guardia Nacional (national guard),[49] a combined military and police force trained and equipped by the Americans and designed to be loyal to U.S. interests.

Just thought I'd point out another seemingly random connection:
wealthy parents, entertainment executive José and his wife, Mary ("Kitty")
Hurricane Jose may swipe North Carolina coast, while Maria could become major hurricane
