I'd like to point out that the freezer room associated with these construction pictures needs to be reevaluated by all. Nobody... I repeat, nobody.... Should be associating that room with Pegasus at this point without new evidence. It's speculation at this point. Pegasus DOES show in tax documents to have a 600 sq ft basement, but again, we can't assume the freezer is here without better proof.

I believe you BUT you have to put this on a timeline. The floor in the grey room has a sort of depression that matches the hole with the underpinning comment. There can't be a workshop AND a killroom in the exact same place all at once so this has to be compared to articles about square form. In any case this space is supposed to be used to store and sell cars. Yet it is being called a museum. And, on top of that it was used by a design firm for fabrication. There can't be a metal fabrication shop INSIDE a museum (or a place that stores art). Who pays the rent on this space? I'd love to find that out!

The original stupidity from November/December was to assume the cooler tagged "kill room" was in cpp. No one ever has produced evidence it is there, on the contrary the IG post in question is linked to people associated with other places including the pajama factory in PA - not that anyone has proved it is there, either, or that it is important.
