This makes no sense. The camera is physically closer to Comet than it is to Besta. If this were true, the camera would have to be shooting almost right down the center of the street, in order to exclude CPP and Besta both from view. A debunking involves going through all the claims and the evidence presented for those claims, and showing how each one is either false or has been interpreted incorrectly, and a debunking provides proof and evidence to show that. I haven't seen a single article anywhere that has done this. They just say it's fake, and that's it. Not only that, but the get the claims of pizza gate wrong as well. Neither article demonstrates it was a hoax. For instance, the BBC article you linked to says, "began posting speculation and supposed connections gleaned from internet searches". Speculation is not a hoax. Neither article lays out all the evidence claimed and "debunks" it.
Now it's true that all the evidence found so far is just suggestive and circumstantial. And as the BBC article says, "No victim has come forward." So at this point it is still just speculation.

Ask yourself, or any other citizen: If you were to be found in the situation where the world was suspecting you were operating a pedophile ring, but in reality you were completely innocent, What would you do?
I think the most common answer would be to take whatever steps you can to show the world it's just a misunderstanding. You'd open your doors and allow anyone from the public to go through your facility with a fine tooth comb. You'd probably even set up 24hour webcams inside the building and around the premises to prove you weren't doing anything shady. I've read through the comments and no one has offered this, so I have to ask - Have we eliminated the possiblity that all traffic cams in the nearby area for some reason are programmed to rotate on a regular basis? Monitor some other cams over time and make sure they don't shift.

The camera was never aimed at CPP, if you've got something showing it actually was, I'd love to see it. AFAIK, it's now facing the direction that it was previously, before it was moved a couple days ago.
It's a traffic camera. It's there to monitor the intersection, not stalk CPP for child abductions, or false flags.
Here's the traffic camera, on google maps. http://sli.mg/Ky6WH7 I highlighted the camera. Also notice the building on the left, and the direction compass on the lower left corner. The compass indicates this view is facing NORTHWEST. If you check the traffic camera live right now, it matches this angle. It is NOT facing Comet Ping Pong. Nor was it, ever.

This makes no sense. The camera is physically closer to Comet than it is to Besta. If this were true, the camera would have to be shooting almost right down the center of the street, in order to exclude CPP and Besta both from view. I don't think whoever wrote that really knew what they were talking about.

I understand, and I've read all of that - but nobody ever thought to do a screen cap of the camera while it was aimed towards CPP? I mean, I'm being open-minded here, but where's the proof? This IS an investigation where we are supposed to be proving things. So far, I've seen all the same claims, that this camera was aimed at CPP previously, but no proof that it was. That's the problem with conspiracy theories. One person says something, then everyone else latches onto it as gospel. I'm just asking for proof, and nobody can prove it.

I can't speculate as to why. I know it's a globe IP camera tho, so it can be remotely controlled. It's not like they had to send a truck out to move it. I could come up with any number of theories on why it got moved, including some vigilante trying to adjust it so that it WOULD focus on CPP, but they moved it the wrong way.
Maybe it was human error. Maybe it's a conspiracy to hide the intersection. I don't know. What I'm pretty sure of tho, is that it was not aimed at comet ping pong - so speculation that it was moved because of the shooter incident doesn't make a lot of sense... to me, anyway. Just my opinion, I could be wrong.
