I wouldn't assume that. It could just be an automated rotation and you get what you get. We are talking about hundred or thousands of cameras being installed.
How hard is it for these guys to just monitor a couple other cameras? maybe they have started, I hope so. That possibility needs to be eliminated even though it is not likely, it is possible.
