I really appreciate the time you put into this response, but I have to say, all of the examples you give of not "Racist" stuff, perfectly conforms with the definition I gave. The definition is specifically crafted to make any claims of racism against white people nonsensical. Because it relies on the claim that white people hold institutional power that towers over any institutional power that minority groups hold. It surely is a word that is targeted at white people, though not all white people in equal degree, as you seem to overlook.

Any white person is going to be socialized into an atmosphere and ideology of racism in America, its simply the way they are raised. Just like any person in America will be socialized into a certain amount of patriotism, its so prevalent, you can't escape it during a regular childhood. Racism is a way of highlighting and shaming white people who exercise their power against minorities, because minorities obviously lead better lives when they aren't oppressed.

I hope this mostly lines up with the argument you've set up above, because I would like to make the perhaps dramatic change of explaining why this all makes Racism bad. I believe that all humans deserve certain rights, like food, shelter, and other basic necessities. These ought to be provided by the community, coming from their common labor. Given that racism is about exercising white racial power against other races and removing these basic necessities, it is against my moral views and ought to be against any person who values the quality of life of other human beings.
