I do 25 pushups, 25 squats an hour. When possible. I try to do 10-12 hours worth a day. I don't have a pullup bar at work, so at home I'll try and make up for it with reps of 10 till I catch up, and 20 reps of hanging leg lifts. On average its generally 100ish of each. Consistency with this is difficult though
Did mine when I saw your posting. I also spotted that post @clamhurt_legbeard made and it made me throw my pull up and pushup into the ring in response. Which got me thinking how to do better than that, regularly.
I put together a simple plan of including into my daily warmups a parallel number of pull ups and pushups for the day in the week. So, Monday, two of each, Tuesday, two of each, and so on. Yes, Monday is the first day of the week on my calendars.
It's a great plan and I think the purpose of this concept is to get you used to getting into a routine. Obviously we can all do more than one of each, however, if we don't feel like exercising that day or something comes up in the day, the minimum is simply one of each which takes 20 seconds.
I'll admit that i've had my exercise routine busted because I kept making excuses and before long it's been three months now since I lifted. Laziness didn't get us to the moon (allegedly) ha

I meant coming up with excuses. But I can do the pushups so there's that.

We did a pull up challenge in the past I literally used a tree branch at one point. For this challenge it’s just 1.

I have no trees in my yard. I told you I could keep going.

convict conditioning. Body weight fitness program with a starting point for anyone.
I started at a max of 5 full push-ups with poor form. I got to 35 perfect push-ups in one go.
started out not being able to do a single pull-up. I can now do 16
I could do a full body weight squat. I can now do 200 body weight squat or 100kg barbell squat. Or 10 pistol squats.
Be constant focus on propped form and put some effort in to it.
exercise is a celebration of what you can do. Not a punishment.

This is great, just subbed. And good job on your efforts!
