Clams made a post here explaining why the bare minimum daily is simply one pushup and one pull up.
You have no excuse.

convict conditioning. Body weight fitness program with a starting point for anyone.
I started at a max of 5 full push-ups with poor form. I got to 35 perfect push-ups in one go.
started out not being able to do a single pull-up. I can now do 16
I could do a full body weight squat. I can now do 200 body weight squat or 100kg barbell squat. Or 10 pistol squats.
Be constant focus on propped form and put some effort in to it.
exercise is a celebration of what you can do. Not a punishment.

I could rabble on about fitness endlessly. There is one thing I wish I could tell every one.
Don't skip bridges
They correct the problems cause by sitting.
Here is a list of legendary calisthenics movements. I hope you find some motivation in this list
1 arm hand stand push-up
Tiger bend handstand push up
one hand hefesto from back lever
one arm back and front lever pull ups
One arm hefesto ( i did not know it was humanly possible to do this with one arm )

one arm pull-up ( there is something harder, I think its call "armpit" ??? )
inverted iron cross
butterfly to inverted iron cross

one arm planche ( didn't know this was possible )
dragon press ( looks easy but isnt )
Reverse planche
Front lever to Reverse planche
LEGS
One leg hindu squat
two hand shrimp squat - free leg and arms behind the center mass
Elevated Matrix squat

One leg sissy squat
one leg Nordic curls
Inverted pistol squat
Elevated natural one leg press ( I don't understand this one )
Side splits to standing
This is a lot I’ll have to take a moment and look into the different techniques
