Clams made a post here explaining why the bare minimum daily is simply one pushup and one pull up.

I don't have a garage. I'll keep going if you do.

I meant coming up with excuses. But I can do the pushups so there's that.
We did a pull up challenge in the past I literally used a tree branch at one point. For this challenge it’s just 1.
I have no trees in my yard. I told you I could keep going.
