This user has attacked mods, lied about mods, accused mods of crimes, supported known liars and disinfo shills, and has some very suspicious things going on with the account, including death threats on me and @Vindicator linked to the username. Sorry in advance for the suckfest this is, but it seems dealing with these particular types of usernames requires a lot of background information and behavioural pattern context. The bottom line is these "people" lie, and lie, and lie some more, and lie again, and double down constantly; it never stops, and the lies seem accepted by other users in their group which causes the unwary normie to think the accusations and lies legitimate.
For those that are interested in the context and Springer-tier drama showing she lies and accuses srayzie of awful things and why user @zyklon_b is relevant, you will find it all here.
Gothamgirl threatens mods with having spoken to the police
Gothamgirl accuses srayzie of being responsible for the disappearance of pizzagaters, threatening to kidnap her child, and PUTTING CHILD PORN IN HER PHONE
This is what happens when you ask Gothamgirl to support her claims. Then she goes on to ask if I'm knocking Titus' work, too as if that's some kind of untouchable sacred cow. Apparently what I MISSED in the "Here's a .pdf that it's not safe to download, just take my word for it that the contents are real!" thread is this drivel:
soon to be new By age kennedy Missing identification card?runk rn and I'd hope you'd do Qhe *ork for meXXX As for *haQ drove me Qo DG, iQ *ould definiQely have Qo do iQh Qhe experimenQal aspecQ Qhey bring forQhX MeQal kinda alays gives Qhis !hey, you're angry and *eirdX Guess *haQ, QhaQ's OK!! And honesQly DG furQhers QhaQ by saying !hey, Qhere are primal subconscious urges deep *iQhin youX Defying Qhem and indulging Qhem makes you sQ
That nothing whatsoever came of. It's the kind of thing I would do if I was doing something bad and had unlimited funds to send people out posting crazy shit that kinda looked like it might be a lead in order to keep the 'investigation' going in perpetuity.
For some reason during all of this, username @StephaniePaddock decides to post this threat against me and @Vindicator, and this one includes @gamepwn for some reason. Coincidence? Maybe. But how did GothamGirl find out about it just to claim she had nothing to do with it? Another happy coincidence that she stumbled upon it? Again, maybe. But why does her paramour, (proof of claim) @zyklon_b's bio say "I am a performance artist ALL here is satire." and the username claims, "Performance art."
For the record, I, like @srayzie, like zyklon_b... or did. But he has the motive, the same words, and the shitposting plausible deniability badge for being a shitposter. If you were framed, Zyklon, my apologies, but instead of telling that bitch to be cool, you supported her in continuing her attacks despite me being involved and you knowing what happens when I get involved; hell, you even said you knew she was in the wrong, dude.
To /v/PizzagateNoMod @Gothamgirl posts complete horseshit numbered up to 162 there, apparently copied from some random website that very clearly posts low-tier bot wordsalad. It's not just 162 submission, because many are separated into parts like this one "LHOHQ "Info/search" #125 Part 3". More of her posts have just the 1 upvote and zero comments than not, suggesting that nobody has found anything of value in anything she posts. Entire pages of 1upvote/0comments show up in her history.
Checking this page, you can see she has 911(exactly) posts to PizzagateNoMod, which suggests she was posting horseshit simply to reach that number for some symbolic message to others or for some unhinged psychological need. Her submission and comment most downvoted tells a story of someone who submitted such useless and nonsensical shit that nobody cared to really investigate what she was writing, and that her comments were so boring that her most downvoted have happened in the past 2 weeks.
To me, all of this suggests that she is a mostly-botted (or insanity-driven) account that has been activated for the deep state's last Hail Mary play to distract you all and cause burnout on the mod team with Jem777's unsubstantiated "death".
Anyone care to defend Gothamgirl? Anyone care to make a case for her not to get flaired? If so, bring your A game below. I am more than happy to change my position based on new evidence or other perspectives on the evidence.

I seem to have made a wrong turn. I was trying to get to v/Pizzagate, but it looks as though I've stumbled into v/SoapOpera instead.
Oh, wait.
to distract you all and cause burnout on the mod team
Crensch ago
So, no defense of Gothamgirl? Just an attack on the outing of a liar and word-salad poster that certain other well-liked and respected users here seem to have an affinity for?
Enigmatic_Continuum ago
I've barely had any major interactions with GothamGirl to make a comment on anything about her or if she likes to bed married men or even if FlynnL1ve5 is in the middle of a divorce and looking for a night cap. The entire thing seems wierd as fuck to me that this is even in this sub. Although, this has given me the idea to start a dating site for Q believers. It would be a great way to avoid dating libs...
Crensch ago
As an aside, how would you suggest we deal with these usernames?
Enigmatic_Continuum ago
Honestly, I don't have any idea. Just ignore them and hope other genuine members catch on? Even IRL, you can warn someone that so and so is a bitch or asshole, but you usually end up looking like the bad guy, and just have to wait for the person you tried to warn to learn the hard way that you were telling the truth and only trying to help them.
srayzie ago
After being accused of sick things, even crimes, and being a part of the group that was posting death threats should be ignored?
Enigmatic_Continuum ago
Yes, they should be ignored. They want you to get all bent out of shape. Why give an enemy what they want? How does reacting do you any good?
I try my best to pick my battles, so if some nameless, faceless POS on a website starts accusing me of something and they can't even offer one shred of proof, why worry about it? Sociopaths are attracted to those they know will engage, but if you feel as though you absolutely must reply to them, don't do it right away. Go for a walk, take a shower, do anything to make sure you aren't emotional in your reply. Think of GothamGirl as a psychic vampire. Do you really want to feed her?
Crensch ago
But on a forum I can link people to this irrefutable evidence of her lying over and over, and then her submissions being horseshit, and her being activated at Jem777's "death".
Forums have their downsides, but easily proving your claims is not one of them. Anytime someone thinks you're the asshole, "Sure, maybe so, here's the link to my evidence, so feel free to prove me wrong!" AAAAND that's all she wrote.
Enigmatic_Continuum ago
If that's what you want to do, go ahead, but it's going to eat up all your time because there's a troll army on the horizon.
Crensch ago
Yep, and they'll be easier to deal with if nobody speaks up on my sticky. Any aged accounts with low contributions or new accounts that post shit against the mods can get a nice pretty flair as being a likely troll/shill army grunt.
Enigmatic_Continuum ago
Flairing anyone who disagrees with a mod is wading into treacherous territory. This is still a free speech zone and leaders should be able to be questioned and criticized in a mature manner and respond in kind. Unless of course someone is being especially abusive for no good reason.
Crensch ago
False accusations is what I meant. Especially the criminal ones.
Sorry, worded incorrectly.
I am ALL FOR legitimate criticisms of mods and other users. By all means, bring it on. It's this GG-tier shit that I am beyond sick of already, because it's nothing but wild accusations and manufactured consensus by sock-puppet accounts, both new and aged.
There's a reason I'm in the center of this shitstorm, and it's because I do not do the day-to-day modding. In fact, if things are going well, I stay away as much as possible to avoid bias when and if a legitimate complaint on one of the mods comes up.
I need to watch my words, thank you very much for calling me out on not being specific enough there in a way that others could use against me. I hope you don't mind, I'll be editing it.

@Vindicator @srayzie @think-
I get caught up in these things sometimes, too. It happens to everyone, but be vigilant in your communication.
The user I'm responding to has some very good points. I'd appreciate if y'all would ask any questions of him (or me) that come to mind, because he has a different perspective that has me re-evaluating some things. Whether or not that'll change anything with my position, I do not know.
And thank you, @Enigmatic_Continuum, for the fresh eyes on all of this.

This is a very good point imo, @Crensch. I will PM you later today.
v/pizzagate is different from other subs, people here are more sensitive.
I'm afraid labelling some users will deepen the gap between users and mods, and lead to more 'mods are gods' accusations.
And while you are the O of this sub, and not modding the daily shifts, the mods are perceived as a team, you included.
Personally, I think we can combat shills and trolls without labelling them.
Users also accuse each other of all kind of insane stuff, so then we would have to flair these accusers as well?
I don't really want to give the impression we mods are privileged, because we can flair the users / bots who attack us, while normal users can't.
My two cents.
@Vindicator @EricKaliberhall @ben_matlock @srayzie
Vindicator ago
What if users were included in the process to flair? That would mitigate a lot of this. They could make a post in v/pizzagatemods and request a user be flaired, making the case for why, with evidence. That would also engage folks in the moderation of the sub, which we are always trying to do.
The drawback would be making themselves a target for calling out bad citizenship, as happened with @srayzie when she tried to post what she knew about Jem, and Gothamgirl and the Sarah bots attacked her. Buuuuut that could be dealt with by having users anonymize their submission if they want to.
We want everyone helping fight disinfo disruptors.
Also, I think it bears emphasizing that any posts critiquing users to explain a flair would be made in v/pizzagatemods, so the main sub doesn't drown in toxic drama.
@Crensch @Enigmatic_Continuum
think- ago
You know Vin, it would still create drama, even if it would take place on the v/pizzagatemod sub.
In fact, it would create constant drama, as everybody here has someone they don't like (or even more than one person).
With regard to the recent shill attack, it was fine to do a posts to call them out, but can we please get back to normal now? I would like users to focus on research and discussions of content, not to be constantly afraid that someone might want to instigate other users against them, or shills taking advantage of the possibility to call out users.
And don't get me wrong, I would love to flair Donkey with a 'troll' flair....grin, but I don't want to have an atmosphere of paranoia and fear on the sub.
ESOTERICshade ago
Amen.
Enigmatic_Continuum ago
I suppose that would work. Sounds like it would keep the playing field level and allow other members to judge for themselves when they reviewed the mod thread. I guess try it and if it doesn't work, scrap it and try something new. Call it the Guinea Pig Troll study #01
Enigmatic_Continuum ago
You're welcome and I'm happy to help.
Enigmatic_Continuum ago
Hey, that's cool. No worries!
