OCTAGON, WORLDCORPO, SIGN69, GOODANDPLENTY websites made by the same people? (pizzagate)

some users have pointed out that the style of the octagon website is quite similar to the worldcorpo site.

it is also very similar to sign69, http://www.sign69.com/medialounge/framer.html that we found a while back.

which is in turn very similar to: http://goodandplenty.de/ a site linked from dr. pong in berlin.

Ive even found similar clipart on sign 69 and good and plenty https://imgoat.com/v/2737

all these sites seem to have very similar content and style. endless pages with disturbing visuals and sound, gibberish texts mixed with seemingly relevant info. often seems completely computer generated.

the fact that these websites look so computer generated gets me to think they might just be distractions, on the other hand these predate pizzagate and have been around for ages. there must be some use.
