Until the day he does, he will likely continue to be tried daily in the court of public opinion. After all, you may be innocent until proven guilty in a court of law, but the court of public opinion is something else entirely. Those who vehemently defend Mr. Alefantis must remember that nobody forced Mr. Alefantis to advertise his restaurant in such a way. Nobody forced Mr. Alefantis to upload questionable content to his Instagram account. Nobody forced him to book obscene bands at events at his restaurant and cater to families. However, he did, and for those reasons alone people are outraged and disgusted with him--regardless if he is innocent in every other regard. Add that to the growing mound of circumstantial evidence and it should be no surprise that people are calling for formal investigations.

I think the best way to think of it is it is an addiction, like any sinful addiction ... one may think of a druggie or gambler who robs to feed their habit, "adding thirst to drunkenness" as they say. One would have to consider my "theory" in context of Alefantis being proud about being gay (and gay only, and not into kids), and him making that a real point in their conversation, like he was "confiding" in Ryan. The conversation he, (JA), was thinking would never be made public. So Ryan was an opportunity for him to brag confidentially. Or to be "himself" so to speak. Like mano to mano. But I'm repeating myself.

This is absolutely incorrect. He didn't just "like a photo." He liked a photo of 2 crawling infants, one with a hand on the other's rectum. Then he proceeded to have an exchange with the poster of said photo, whose instagram profile actually says he is a "Hooker/Waitress/Model/Actress." Then he invited said hooker to have lunch at his restaurant. That is not irrelevant.
