I had a change of heart about Mr. O'Neal. I do believe he was threatened and is not lying. I'm basing this on re-watching the video where he shows the exact conversation, but more importantly, on the fact that I was able to find the police report he filed in the Galveston police database. That last part is crucial. The other push? I did a Google map of the address given in the police incident report and it's a modest neighborhood. No Alefantis/Podesta types live there. I put all of that together and switched over to wholeheartedly believing this. I do believe the real JA emerged. He's been pushed, saw what he perceived to be a patsy and took aim. The auto correct was telling. JA doesn't like making mistakes. And the remark about not liking children? Probably the truest statement JA has made in a long time, but not the whole truth. If he's guilty of the things he's accused of, and there's no hard evidence that he is, he would hate children. The word "pedophile" is a misnomer Should be "pedohater" because these people hate children. They're an outlet for their sick desires and no more. It's the same with people addicted to porn. Women/men become objects. There's no love cast between predator and prey.

Think O'Neal is a humble man who was just trying to make a few bucks to feed his family when this happened. He's probably the very likable guy he presents hm to be and isn't used to people like JA. Sorry it happened to him and do think he was right in putting it out there. Remaining silent would be the worst mistake. I suppose my anger at O'Neal missing a huge opportunity also played into my dismissal of this, but he had no idea what was going on.

i put this together to clarify why there were three deeds - we aren't looking for three properties, it's all in this one. at some point, 26 and 27 were standalone properties.

The celing of the room with the works trenches is inclined, even if there is a trick of the perspective check the door at the back the open is almost perfectly rectangular, whilst just above it the ceilng gets much more oblique.

Soundproofing. The photo of the killroom might be a soundproof room, covered with the grey panesl, with the addition of the noise from the many fans installed on the wall. Altought that ambient does looks dirty and a bit old. It that room is real than it means that underground there are at least 2 ambients, then is necessaty a ladder staris and a landing space.

What is Alefantis's relationship with Nellie Hubbard? In a post that was recently deleted, in a thread that also appears to have been deleted (it was the thread about archive.is being out of commission), SavingGrace2 said that archive.is was deleting information about New Hope Academy. He/she also mentioned the names Nellie Hubbard and Joseph Scheve in connection with Alefantis. I did a search, and there were no results for those names. So I Googled them and found this:

That's about the ONLY reason he would be dropping a huge vertical hole into the earth like that in an existing building (where drain lines are LONG ESTABLISHED already). Excluding Satanic sacrifices, he would need the new hole for all the send and return lines for all those refrig units (count them)... my guess. And no, having a fridge unit in the basement is NOT unheard of.. except there will be an EQUAL NUMBER of compressors, which probably live above ground somewhere... like ON A ROOF, or under new roof construction... so let's check there next.

You just proved this couldn't be the space. There in black and white is the fact the space JA bought has a basement. Yet if you open the album, the first picture shows there's no basement in the room they're digging. There's a cement floor and underneath dirt, not an excavated basement. Case closed.

What about the Ping Pong Table in the original picture. That points to Comet Ping Pong not Pegasus.

There was a past earlier today about how the property had changed hands when alefantis acquired pegasus, but it was deleted.

The papers indicated that there wee three distinct lots in the transaction: 2833 0026, 2833 0027, and 2833 0817...which should all be on the same block between 13th and 11th, otis and monroe. the smallest-numbered parcel currently listed in the gis for that block is 0071...0026 and 0027 do not appear to exist at this time. Perhaps the 'wings' were 26 and 27, combined to 817, but might be worth remembering.

I must say, trenches in floor argue strongly against basement, and the building I think is designated as 3518 Rear, separate property from the house in front, so it's been said. Also I can't see the MySpace picture as being in same place.

Good job! That may explain the weird "rolling mezzanine" platform. If the building was built in 1908 it was probably too weak to put in a second floor in that one particular space, or too expensive to pass building codes, so they did the track with platform to make use of the vertical space. That building sure seems biger than 1300 sq ft though. Maybe it's two buildings put together. The roofline suggests two separate buildings that then had a building built in between them to connect them.

I wonder why the paper sun (Pegasus) building has that big steel beam going through the middle? It looks like an old building from the brickwork. Why would it need that steel beam support?

Why is this important? It was a building that was kind of kept quiet. It's a large space, and it also has a confirmed basement https://i.sli.mg/3cl2Sy.jpg (thanks to @redditsuckz for that one). Those things don't necessarily mean anything is happening there but at least we have some loose ends tied up.
