Sorry to be back with more but I've noticed lots of comments that still don't believe that Pegasus is the site of construction so here's more stuff for the doubters.
Earlier today this thread was posted https://voat.co/v/pizzagate/1542160 from @starseedlover. Within the photos were a few irrefutable occurrences that prove that the former Paper Sun building, now believed to be called Pegasus is the site of the construction pictures.
Here is the original construction picture, I have circled the evidence in Yellow http://imgur.com/a/pAmTL
Here is a pic from the Paper Sun photos to compare http://imgur.com/a/vJKw6
Now, here is the wider construction pic with evidence ringed in yellow and red http://imgur.com/a/qIfkG
And a pic from Paper Sun showing the same graffiti https://snag.gy/wEkxny.jpg
And a pic showing the triangular staircase that would just about be visible from in the other room http://imgur.com/a/5Qd0P
Further, a post from the instagram of Little Red Fox of a music performance inside Paper Sun/Pegasus where they call it "Square Forms new gallery" (Obviously Alefantis owns the building, I guess Square form rent it from him, or did at least) http://archive.is/sboBT
Why is this important? It was a building that was kind of kept quiet. It's a large space, and it also has a confirmed basement https://i.sli.mg/3cl2Sy.jpg (thanks to @redditsuckz for that one). Those things don't necessarily mean anything is happening there but at least we have some loose ends tied up.

Good job! That may explain the weird "rolling mezzanine" platform. If the building was built in 1908 it was probably too weak to put in a second floor in that one particular space, or too expensive to pass building codes, so they did the track with platform to make use of the vertical space. That building sure seems biger than 1300 sq ft though. Maybe it's two buildings put together. The roofline suggests two separate buildings that then had a building built in between them to connect them.

The building construction photos show a much larger area so they have obviously put a dividing wall in during that construction. In the photo of the lower floor you can see an open door with a sink inside. It probably leads off to the other rooms or they have separated the building into two entrances. Plus the door on the upper floor leads somewhere...
