Search 'castellum', get results for pegasus transaction

Returns 3 separate deeds of trust (3 distinct pieces of property apparently)

Castellum Alefantis LLC borrows from the Estate of Joseph T Scheve, at 1801 Harbinger Trail, Edgewood, MD.

The trustee of the estate is Nellie T Hubbard of the same address.

The zoning might very well mean nothing.

My guess is that the estate was selling the property and sold the property subject to a mortgage. Some possible leads:

  • Nellie Hubbard might know something
  • There might be marketing material showing what the inside of the property looked like (especially the 2nd floors) prior to sale
  • Would be very helpful to know if a broker was used, or how Alefantis and Hubbard got connected.
  • Is there a deeper connection between them?

Absolutely. He bought it for a purpose. But we're leaving out that it could be seen from that house he also bought. Didn't it specifically point out REAR VIEW? So why was that view important? We need to be cognizant of all the pertinent facts and not let them drop off the radar. And it was pertinent because Wiseman (think it was her), posted a pic of her peeking through the window. Why? What was she going to be able to see when everything was in place? What is in that view?

I remember talk on here about JP having an equipped van maybe with slabs of concrete. Could these things be connected? I also remember a van being parked next to CPP. Maybe that is where they store the vans they use to transport these kids. Ugh.

i'd like to point out that there are three distinct lots in the transaction: 2833 0026, 2833 0027, and 2833 0817...which should all be on the same block between 13th and 11th, otis and monroe. the smallest-numbered parcel currently listed in the gis is 0071...0026 and 0027 do not appear to exist at this time.

What purpose could a sliding floor really have? There is obviously a room up there and the floor obviously can slide away so that a person can neither enter nor exit that room. Very unsettling.

probably or sort of(?). implies he has to do with it, because designated as agent. he could be willed it, purchasing it or otherwise as of the filing. we know he ended up with it...
