Autoimmune can be caused by viruses. Lupus is autoimmune and HCQ is a very common and effective treatment. With the addition of zinc it gives the body the chance of killing the virus so it will be interesting to see if they can eventually wean off of it with that addition.

I take quinine with zinc and it helps with any inflammation I have. I thought I had a mild case of Covid19, my doc gave me a z-pak, after not improving I took quinine 3x per day with it and it made a big difference in one day. I also noticed relief from arthritis pain while taking it and when I stopped the arthritis pain came back, so now I only take it 1x per day with zinc and my arthritis pain is 10x better.

Add Lysine to that, it works pretty well for herpes.

A great cheap topical application for cold sores is 3% Hydrogen Peroxide. Dab it on the spot with a cotton swab as soon as you feel it coming on. You'll be amazed at how quickly it goes away or doesn't finish popping up. Works a ton better than any expensive "ointment" they try to sell you for them. I know this from personal experience. I rarely, if ever, get them now and if I do this treatment makes them disappear.

We're taking quercetin+zinc as a preventative, which we will stop when we run out! We've now got nearly everyone we know ALSO taking quercetin+zinc. The description of how it works with zinc to destroy virus was very easy for everyone to understand.

People say that the zinc is needed to carry the HCQ to the cells so it can kill the virus, but what if it is the other way round? I remember a while back watching a vid doctors/researchers took of the moment a sperm fertilized an egg (human I think, but that's irrelevant) there was a flash of 'light' at the moment life began and unless my memory is faulty I think it was ZINC that was the catylst for life to begin. I'm curious if the zinc ionophore activity is less involved in the transport activities, and more in the reversible chelation aspect. A quick Pubmed search found several articles showing Zinc depletion inhibiting RdRP activity, as well as adenosine uptake pathways.

Zinc Is already membrane crossing through Ca2+ channels, increasing that activity may or may not be helpful, but increasing competitive binding for zinc inside the cytosol, and nucleus is going to mess with a large volume of pathways. Zinc finger transcription factors come to mind as one with significant effects.

Zinc chelation has been one of those elephants in the room for inhibiting matrix metalloprotease activity for quite a while. Specifically for cancer, that's good.
