Tonic water with quinn. And zinc vitamins

I use Q Tonic (highest Quinine Tonic) from the grocery store, liquor aisle. Buy Eidon liquid ionized zinc from health food store or Vitacost.com, add powdered Vitamin C and a squeeze of lemon or lime. Refreshing drink and I feel wonderful. Noticed my arthritis no longer bothers me and my eyesight has improved.

How much quinine does Q tonic have?

From what I can tell an 8oz glass has about 20mg, so not a lot. An overdose would be 200mg. Like I said, I'm not using it to cure anything, I'm drinking it daily to prevent anything from taking hold. That along with a hefty dose of 3,000 mg Vit C and the 80mg ionized Zinc water. So - it's not a cure for covid (if anything like covid 19 even exists!) but it will keep you a bit healthier than not taking it... that's my theory and I'm sticking to it unless some authority greater than HuffPo or NYPo comes along and convinces me otherwise... kek

You need to drink over 3 liters of tonic water a day just to get to the daily recommended dosage, though...

That's why Q Tonic. I drink about 8oz a day.

My theory -- I'm not sick at this point. If I were, I'd up the ante on what I'm drinking. For me right now, my little concoction is a preventative.

I drink it with ginger ale---about 1/2 to 1/3 tonic. If it's ice cold it doesn't taste as bad (it's mostly the after taste that's bitter. Tastes kind of like tire rubber smells if you drink it straight)....

Zinc Picolinate is supposed to absorb best, and Zinc Citrate according to Swanson's Vitamins online is supposed to absorb well....

Been on that since Feb.

So far so good.
