It WILL hurt. But I'll try to make it as easy on you as possible.

You just came from a place that the people here consider to be cancerous in the same way rEddit considered 9gag or SRS cancerous. The content you were provided with was heavily censored and curated to not only look better to advertisers, but to push a narrative harmful to most of the users of the site.

If you came with a banned/spezzed subverse, you're about to become one of the more left-wing subverses on this site. If you came alone, you're probably going to be one of the more left-wing users on the site. Don't worry, the uncurated data you get here will help you overcome that crippling handicap!

Posting an "UPVOTE ME" thread is one of the worst faux pas you can make here. It's really simple to make 100ccp with decent comments, so do us all a favor and attain that organically. It's a small price to pay to keep from having an oldfag/newfag split of the users.

Archive EVERYTHING. You just found something? Archive it. Found it from a shit source that we don't want to give clicks to? Use that archive instead of the regular link.

Archives are perfectly acceptable for submissions.

The recommended image-hosting sites. Much like the website you came from, your previous image hosting site also ~cough~ curates content, or otherwise removes "offensive" pictures. Posting from Imgur may get you automatic downvotes.

Their rhetoric is NOT kept to their subs. You WILL see this outside of their subs. They have the right to post fat hate and racist stuff just as you have the right to post HAES, multicultural, and pro-islam stuff. You can fight this if you like, but I'd recommend against it.

             Shill hunting

Shills are not considered innocent until proven guilty, and for good reason. This is the internet, where you're mostly anonymous, and can create all the usernames you like. You must prove yourself to not be completely full of shit by not posting shitty ideas and arguments. If you DO post shit, you're likely to get caught.

It is recommended that you watch and learn for a while, post non-inflammatory things, and honestly, no pro-Hillary stuff ~~until after the election~~ ever. Your username age will get you caught in a trap, even if you're not really a proper target.

Comment Contribution Points are what you used to call Karma. It determines how many downvoats you can give, and how many posts/comments you can make in X time.

            Moderator Deletions

Only spam is removed in system-owned subs, nothing else. Add "/modlog/submission" or "modlog/comment" to the end of a subverse address to see mod deletions; all of them. Mods cannot hide their misdeeds here.

Most other subs follow suit, with niggers/fph being notable differences.

           Politics (Our tendencies and ideas, on average)

You will likely come across opinions you never thought real people actually had. Ideas you thought were so outlandish that only a silly cult of people in a nutjob-compound in the middle of nowhere could possibly hold them. It is highly recommended for you to ask them about it, instead of arguing right off - where you came from is heavily censored, so much information was not available to you that is available to users on this site.

We have no obligation or reason to be overly nice. We do not censor ourselves unless we choose to, or do not have the CCP to take the hit.

Once you reach 100ccp, it will be up to you to use your downvoats to hit spam, or shills, or whatever you want to hit with them.
