This has been an area of interest of mine for a long time, partly because I've been following this since October 2016 (and as a mod of v/pizzagate since November 2016 so I've got something of a birds-eye view) and have long thought an organized communication campaign was underway. I primarily see these specific events as connected:
July 2016 FBIAnon leaks on /pol/ Good summary with links here and here. As @Party1981 put it:

FBIanon predicting massive CF investigation on July 2, four months before it was announced on Oct. 30 (at a time when the public understanding was that three FBI offices had asked for an investigation and been denied)
FBIanon predicting child trafficking with the CF on July 2, four months before #pizzagate started trending and Podesta code words were revealed (FBIanon specifically predicted code words in the Podesta emails on Oct. 17, at least a week before the code words started trending).
October 2016 Wikileaks releases the Podesta and DNC emails
Pedo food code dropped on /pol/
Starting October 30, 2016 FBI Records Vault drops the pedo logo information sheet (and many other helpful tidbits) Also see this thread and this one explaining the FBI Vault tweets.
November 1, 2016 Steve Pieczenick releases his Silent Coup videos (1, 2) claiming Trump, Assange and whitehats prevented a full takeover of the government by globalist pedophiles
November 2, 2016 Gen. Flynn tweeted confirming key claims of Pieczenick and FBIAnon.
November 23, 2016, the day after Reddit banned the pizzagate sub, a mysterious user named @IamQ created a Voat account and made a couple of important submissions...a year before anyone had heard of QAnon. One of them was a massive imgur album created in 2013 titled "Pedowood Files".
October 28, 2017 Almost exactly a year after the FBI Records Vault and General Flynn tweets and the Pieczenik videos confirmed much of FBIAnon's initial leaks, QAnon showed up on /pol/ and started dropping breadcrumbs. He told anons the same thing as FBIAnon: research, document, spread the word, be ready for civil unrest.
When I zoom out and contemplate these happenings, I cannot help but see an organized campaign to push information to the public, to repeatedly engage the public in investigation and documentation, to predict things ahead of time and confirm them from independent accounts (Q/Trump tweets is similar to FBIAnon/FBI Records Vault tweets), etc.
i never saved a link of it - but I think you should slip in there that tweet from the official (was it NSA ?) govt twitter accout that pizzagate was real, keep investigating citizen journos - and then the tweet was deleted about an hour later
Did a bit more digging into the controversial NSA tweet and found some very interesting shill activity.
Take a look at the whole comment tree in this thread made a year after the supposed tweet. @fartyshorts@cutelobster and @dooob were all pretty convinced it was fake, since only one Twitter account captured the tweet and the image reproduction is sketchy according to a Voat thread made the day after the tweet 12/5/2016.
There's also a 20 minute old account claiming repeatedly to be the guy who captured the screenshot and posted it on Twitter. Seems a bit of a stretch that the guy who made the tweet would be a Voat lurker "from the beginning" and just happen to see this promo thread within 10 minutes of it being posted a year after his tweet was made and promptly debunked on Voat...Yep:

At 7:24:56 (ten minutes after the post was made), Archangel_1975 says his account is 20 minutes old made to defend his tweet.
That would mean his account was made at 7:05, ten minutes prior to the submission being posted. How would he know to create an account to defend himself and the OP, "Cern" ten minutes before the submission was made?
Cc183 says "It was real. Saw It." Blacksmith says "I remember it from then as well." @Anotherdream says "It was real. I saw that tweet when it appeared. - We're in a silent civil war now." Although they are all replying to the post, which is a pic of the NSA tweet itself and the claim "This was sent by the National Security Agency of the United States of America on December 4th, 2016 "Pizzagate Is Real" (Day of alleged shooting in Ping Pong)," It's not really clear whether they are saying they personally saw the NSA tweet, or the tweet of the one guy who screencapped and retweeted it.

Usually though, when I hear of something on twitter, I'm smart enough to go straight to twitter to at least verify that the tweet was real. I'm not on twitter anymore, but I was following a handful of accounts like NASA, NSA, Wikileaks etc. - Can't remember clearly man sorry! You know me though, If I commented and took the time to check it out, I sure as f$#k wanted it to be/thought it was real. - Be well everybody.
Look - it was a long time ago. But I know how I operate, and if I said then, "I saw it" on the NSA/CSS T site, I meant it. I spent an hour today scouring and the only thing I cam up with was the one post from the the now deleted anon. Nothing over Dec 4, 2016 in the Wayback either.

Supposedly a Finlander Q fan who pushes the Pizzagate is Jewish Vampires narrative and the fake Kevin Annett ITCCS "court". Maybe he's just an uninformed dude who has fallen for multiple shill narratives? Dunno. @Blacksmith21 also said he saw it at the time.
