On a hunch I looked at Town and Country, and noticed an article about an exclusive club, Core Club. The bloody-looking “Flood” painting in the dining room startled me; so I searched and found members include Clinton, Burkle, Ghislaine Maxwell, Rothschild, and Weinstein.
Due to “Persons of Interest” in the membership, unusually high fees, “off” wording in articles, a strange website history, a focus on modern art appreciation, and a secret entrance and private stairway, I think the club should at minimum be “on our radar.”

Background
Culture Watch: The Core Club NYC
in 2000...Saunders’s idea was to create a members-only virtual community—an online version of TED and Davos, a kind of social network that was also part eBay and part cultural guide and curator for the very successful…she planned to move all the services and people offline and into the real world….[Saunders] thought, “Why not just do the craziest thing and turn the club into a real place?”
(Also , please see the comments for a look at the current web address back in 2001 -- very strange)
Services and Benefits
The club offers dining, overnight suites, private event hosting, spa, skin care, fitness studio, screening room/cultural events theater, meeting rooms, and a library.
A movie library is mentioned in “Who Killed Society,” in the NY Social Diary:
“Everything will be curated – the library, the “art offerings,” the movie library, the books…”

Articles - Strange Wording?
Mr. Mover, Meet Ms. Shaker
“Is it a club or a hotel or a spa, a cult or what?”
”It’s all of those things,” Ms. Saunders [now Enterprise] said.
diverse set of wealthy people to gather and meet others of the same disparate tribe.
Ms. Saunders...unlikely ringleader...she found a sympathetic listener in the developer Aby Rosen...Having an elite club in the basement of the new condominium tower he was building...probably wouldn’t hurt property values either.
5 Startup Tips From Jennie Enterprise, CEO And Founder, CORE
Why are "magic," “community,” “interesting spaces,” “compelling programming,” and “experiential architecture” above a bland photo of a basement stairway?
We actually provide conditions for transformation...
You Can Get In Anthony Scaramucci's Exclusive Social Club—If You Have $67,000 and "a Story to Tell"
"Everyone [here] has a story to tell," adds Dangene [Enterprise, wife of Jennie,] 59...they'd all show up on Page Six, I mean it's not like you get to the top without..." But Jennie interrupts her.
They're opening CORE's second location in Milan next year.
