there are tons of interesting connections made within these two threads.

international adoption agency (with a terrible record), counseling services, medical billing company, PHD psychologist, all under one roof, with a common thread of ownership/partial ownership.

a few more threads connected paule-carres to some other companies/countries which didn't add up, but i stuck with the winchester, va angle.

i've been watching flight traffic for a few days, and nothing really interesting has arrived/departed. barely a handful of flights per day. @pieintheeye mentioned to me that there are special airports which the CIA are allowed to fly in/out of without logging.

i started digging into that story. nothing.

then i started to wonder. for such a special airport, with such a small amount of traffic...how could it justify the special certification?

this led me to goof around with google maps for a while. here's what i found.

there are several virginia based foreign companies (some current, some closed) across the road from this airport. bear in mind that this is just the sampling of FOREIGN registered companies i took from IMMEDIATELY across the road...there are several more businesses nearby, and several other domestic-only companies across the road:

edit: here's the pic from google maps that i love. the grey arrow is golden seal, and yes, that's the entire airport, where an alleged 2000 international flights are cleared through customs every year.
