Guest of honor was Valérie Werthheimer, president of an international aid foundation called “Action Innocence”, which based in Switzerland, France and Monaco, donates monthly to the Orfanato Niños de Cristo

Action Innocence was founded in 1999, the same year Ninos de Cristo moved close to Casa de Campo. Its activities include

Valerie Wertheimer also runs the Action Innocence orphanage for sexually abused children in Santo Domingo (two hours from La Romana.)

Piaget was commissioned to create a diamond watch for an auction to benefit Action Innocence. It is a fingerprint but does it symbolize mind control, pedophilia, to those in the know, you decide (picture in link.)

Enrico Citati and Orietta Pietrobelli Citati

Enrico Citati is/was Honorary Vice Consul (see text) source for Italy in La Romana, meaning he could help push through paperwork, perhaps. His wife is vice president of the orphanage foundation.

Orphanage's US Address is Shared With Storage-Related Businesses

The US address for the orphanage is 1408 Bethlehem Pike, Flourtown, Pennsylvania.

Hopefully this is nothing -- it is shared with storage-related businesses. They are associated with Lou Gilmore, a Casa de Campo owner, as well as his son Louis A. Gilmore III and others.

Lou Gilmore was briefly quoted in a Washington Post article about the Menendez case at Casa de Campo; and here is his Facebook page.

Some of the businesses:

  • Miller Buildings, Inc. from their Facebook page: "Miller is the leading manufacturer of relocatable self storage buildings."

The page links to their website, Miller Building Systems.

They are also in Kentucky and Connecticut.

Miller Buildings, Inc., dba Miller Building Systems, had government contractor status until 7/25/2007. (Source www.sam.gov, page won’t archive.)

A listing for Miller Buildings links to two villas for rent at Casa de Campo, presumably Lou Gilmore’s properties. Startling but probably an error.

Miller Building International also makes metal buildings; I do not know if it is connected to the Gilmores, I haven’t had time to look into it.

Argus on Open Corporates I don’t know if any of the other Argus Properties, Inc. listed on the Open Corporates link are connected to the one in Pennsylvania

Mr. Storage principal Lou Gilmore has developed 25 real estate projects totaling more than 1 million square feet over the last 30 years, including 15 self-storage facilities

  • I did not look into this one -- a wellness business operates out of the back building at 1408 Bethlehem Pike, it provides chiropractic, massage, and other services

Amazing research @exposethecriminals. Thank you for compiling it! What would make this research piece truly outstanding is if you or someone else could write a short paragraph explaining what all of this material leads you to suspect. Basically, if we were riding in an elevator together and you were telling me all of the suspicious info you found, how would you explain it? Why is it important? Something reeks in the Dominican Republic -- you've got the raw data, but what's the story?

I realize as a researcher looking for facts, it seems risky to state conclusions. And we don't want to do so prematurely. But it is very very valuable to state an investigative premise or theory that can be proven or disproven. As I recently wrote elsewhere:

When you write the title and lede, write it as a premise or hypothesis that invites people to prove or disprove it. This invigorates research! Naysayers have something to aim at -- which will reveal holes in the theory which will inspire additional research and discovery, or lead to a speedy admission the hypothesis is wrong. It's exactly what we need. Every critical comment shills think erodes your piece actually strengthens it when it is addressed. Welcome them! They make the argument stronger. That's how truth works.
