Pegasus, 11th street, the girl, and permits (pizzagate)

I feel I've almost been forced to make this posting because of so much misunderstanding regarding addresses etc. I've produced some images that I hope will show things more clearly than my words can.

That should clear up any debate about the girl being dropped off, where she was being dropped off, and who owns the various properties.

Much confusion still remains regarding permits. This is more complicated because clerical errors make it appear that the permits were for 3518 (The property owned by Boris Tochilin).

So how do we know there was a clerical error? The permits issue date and detail of work match the permit notice posted on the Pegasus door. Compare this https://imgur.com/aYWfe1Q with the entry second from the bottom that matches it https://imgoat.com/uploads/d61ab14322/73603.jpg

The confusion, or misinterpretation, stems from the fact that someone has entered this work as 3518 and not as 3518 Rear. If you look at the SSL it is the one for 3518, not Pegasus, yet the permit is there for all to see on the door of Pegasus.

I couldn't say for certain but I'd assume it just uses the latest image available of the property in question. You could check by looking at random properties using the same site and then checking to see if they are the ones used by the latest version available on Google maps?

This is the confusion I have tried to clear up. It is my belief that he didn't pay for renovations on that address, he paid for renovations on his own property, 3518 11th Street Rear, and the people entering this data just entered it sloppily and left the 'Rear' off. My reason for thinking this is the fact that the permit is there to see on the Pegasus door, and other things like dates and work to be carried out match up also.

Yep, the listings do indicate the other house, but it is my contention that this was a clerical error. Again, the work carried out on Pegasus and the permit on the door would suggest this is the case.

THIS IS A SIGNIFICANT POINT. This involves a ZONING LAW. I noticed on another realtor map with lot lines that all the homes facing 11th St. to the left and right of Pegasus have lots that GO ALL THE WAY BACK TO THE ALLEY. The alley IS NOT AN OFFICIAL STREET. Pegasus must have originally belonged to the WHITE and BLUE house in front on 11th St. WE HAVE NOT ESTABLISHED IF THE OWNERS OF THOSE TWO RENTALS STILL OWN THE MUSEUM PROPERTY. Did Alefantis merely RENOVATE Pegasus and now sub-leases it? Is he violating a zoning law? If nothing else, this location IS A NATURAL IF YOU DON'T WANT TO BE FOUND!

Remember, the IRS brought down Al Capone.....

This seems to confirm my suspicion that 3516 property originally included the Pegasus garage. In O'Neil's video, he shows original screen shot of Pegasus listed on Google Maps. That individual most likely wouldn't be able to obtain financing, with an encroachment like that. I am not even sure how a surveyor would be able to subdivide the property that way. I am curious to see what the legal description states.

Good eye. This is an old area. I think the original 3516 house property INCLUDED PEGASUS garage. At a later time, it was subdivided, leaving a garage (Pegasus) that FACED A NON-STREET (no named alley). WHEN WAS THE PROPERTY SUB-DIVIDED? Was Castellum Achilles the first to purchase it that way? Interestingly, Pegasus appropriated the 3518 REAR address. OBVIOUSLY, this makes the building CONFUSING to locate. This is not what one would want for a COMMERCIAL business.

The construction company that did work at Boris' place was Liked by Alefantis on Google + a couple of years before Pizzagate broke.

Given Boris' age, it seems likely that he has been dead for years and Alefantis has been using the property, where construction joined Pegasus and Boris' house.

According to this, Pegasus is being used as a COMMERCIAL GARAGE FOR VEHICLE SALE. Where is the evidence for this? Is it supposed to be something like JAY LENO'S GARAGE?? Where is their business license?

Does the U.S. Postal Service deliver to 3518 11th St. R NW? Can a commercial building exist on a NON-STREET? Who was the original owner before Castellum Achilles LLC bought it? The building work permit was for 3518 11th St., NOT REAR. We cannot conclude that this was a "mistake". It could also be a deliberate coverup. WHERE IS THE PROOF it was an error? If it is an ERROR, then it MUST BE CORRECTED.

Harking back to research we did many months ago, it seems that before Alefantis acquired the Pegasus building it was a used car dealership. When he first got hold of the building it was used as a fabrication building for Squareform. What it is now is the thing that most interests me as lots of time and money has gone into it with seemingly no purpose.
