If the permiting agency thinks the work was done on the front house, maybe they could pay a visit to Pegasus to check on the work as the rear address never had a permit, advise em to bring crime scene investors.

THIS IS A SIGNIFICANT POINT. This involves a ZONING LAW. I noticed on another realtor map with lot lines that all the homes facing 11th St. to the left and right of Pegasus have lots that GO ALL THE WAY BACK TO THE ALLEY. The alley IS NOT AN OFFICIAL STREET. Pegasus must have originally belonged to the WHITE and BLUE house in front on 11th St. WE HAVE NOT ESTABLISHED IF THE OWNERS OF THOSE TWO RENTALS STILL OWN THE MUSEUM PROPERTY. Did Alefantis merely RENOVATE Pegasus and now sub-leases it? Is he violating a zoning law? If nothing else, this location IS A NATURAL IF YOU DON'T WANT TO BE FOUND!

Remember, the IRS brought down Al Capone.....

It looks as though the permit dept doesn't list rear but the permit JA posted on Pegasus does, was it a clerical error or did James forge his copy.

Good point. An "R" is not hard to add.

According to previous pizzagate researchers: Pegasus was formerly owned by Joseph T. Scheve and Nellie T. Hubbard of New Hope Academy, affiliate of the "Moonie Cult" of Unification Church, funded by South Korean cult mogul Hak Ja Han.

TL;DR Pegasus was previously owned by Joseph T Scheve, business manager of New Hope Academy New Hope Academy is funded by Women's Federation for World Peace WFFWP is owned by the leader of South Korea's "Moonie Cult" of Unification Church If you search for "Castellum" in the recorder of deeds, you can see that the trustee for this property is listed as "Nellie T. Hubbard". This can be cross-referenced via the Daily Washington Law Reporter, where the estate was transferred to James "Akfantis" after Nellie's husband, Joseph T. Scheve died in 2008. It appears that Alefantis inherited/purchased Pegasus off this couple.
