And have you managed to persuade MF that his talents would be better employed elsewhere. Whether deliberate or incidental, he seems to be sowing dissention in the ranks of v/pizzagate.
The "Hot" button at the top of the page has been puzzling me for some while. Does it measure the rate of upvoats over a period of time - it doesn't always seem to do this, Perhaps there is an explanation somewhere in the bowels of the voat small print.
No one complaining about MF has posted any evidence of their claims, nor have I seen evidence he "abuses power". I have seen him remove BY FAR the highest quantity of shitposts that ignore the submission rules. You can read my opinion on this in detail in the recent thread on the subject in v/ProtectVoat.
MF sowed no dissension. Butthurt users who would rather bitch to each other about having posts removed and blame the mod than repost them in accord with the very clear submission rules developed by the community (i.e. with evidence linked and a clear explanation of how the post is directly related to pizzagate) are the ones sowing dissension. And they have been doing it from day one.
As for the HOT button -- I believe it is driven by the number of comments as well as voats. That would be a good question to post in v/voatdev. One thing I can tell you is that it is currently very buggy, as these posts in VoatDev explain:
Were it only shitposts he removed, I wouldn't be so concerned. I simply reflect my general impression. Not a great fan of rules, myself. Anyway, thanks for your reply, I'll mull it over.
I hear you...most folks on Voat come because they are fed up to their eyebrows with control and politically correct "rules". Trust me...I am not a big fan of them, either. Unfortunately, due to Voat's rabid anti-censorship and severe allergy to any type of "content curation" by mods, subverse mission-critical submission rules are the only reason we aren't drowning in hentai and posts from dozens of "child love" advocates like sex offender Robert Robertson who posts as PGisStupid. The submission rules allow us to remove off-topic, unsourced posts. The only hitch is, mods have to enforce the rules no matter who is posting or what their intent is.

Today's "shooting" was a false flag / psy-op.

"false flag / psy-op."
It definitely was a false flag. The only question I have is were the shooting victims actually shot. You still think they were shot right?
sunajAeon ago
It could be a False-Flag but there is no info to support that at this time
DeathTooMasons ago
Thought I told you you weren't respected and you should leave? That does not sound like I wanted to shoot the shit with you now did it?
sunajAeon ago
You can "tell" anybody anything you want you little jackass, but you WILL behave on VOAT or you WILL be removed
Vindicator ago
This is Voat, DTM. @sunajAeon can say whateverthefuck he wants, as long as it's not illegal.

Oops! And so can @DeathTooMasons too, no? I'm not sure mods should get involved in the shill wars - and definitely not on the wrong side.

And so can @darkmath , surely?
