This is some research building off of a previous (deleted?) post from (deleted user) 1.5 days ago:

CIA spokesman Mark Mansfield declined to comment "on these matters."

Public documents show that Gulfstream N478GS was not just another executive jet.

Wachtler added that Centurion, which Pentagon records show is one of only 15 companies with permission to land aircraft at U.S. military installations worldwide, had "no affiliation or involvement with the CIA."

Which of course should be read as is definitely affiliated and involved with the CIA

There are dozens of potential leads. And although this work was compiled to investigate, from what I understand, the "rendition" programs and secret prisons of the GWOT I have a strong suspicion that it will be extremely useful to those of us investigating the global Human/Child Trafficking network/s.

Things grew more suspicious as FittsÕ research disclosed that Winokur, through Capricorn Investments, had a decisive role in the 1980s management of the intelligence/government outsourcing mega-firm DynCorp, of Reston, VA. Winokur served as DynCorp CEO from 1989 to 1997. DynCorp handles everything for Uncle Sam from aircraft maintenance, to sheep-dipping of combat troops into private assault forces in Colombia, to the financial management of HUD records, to the maintenance of computer security at government facilities. One of DynCorpÕs most interesting contracts is with the DoJ for the financial management of assets seized in the drug war. DynCorp also counts among its shareholders former CIA Director James Woolsey. Pug Winokur made DynCorp what it is today and he still sits on the board.
