I've found this post a couple days ago, and the person claimed that hackers on 4chan found a picture inside one of the wikileaks emails.
Then today I was trying to find that post, found this one :

I've crossed this image with a bunch of image finder tools including google images and tineye and could not find a single match.
Anybody has an idea? I remember reading about the Pheoniciens, which translates for Purple in arabic :
