Disinfo is very easy to spot if you know what you are looking for. Check what I bolded, it is a major leap to conclusion. So he searched "Pickle Factory" and found a suspicious looking pizza joint. Could it be plausible that Q wanted to bring our attention to it? It sounds far fetched but with Q, everything is possible. But the thing is, anons on /greatawakening/ where the research actually happens have already solved this.
