The easy thing to do would be to just get a mirror going. We'll need an image of the site including members and their ratings intact.

Just start fresh.

I have some very informing posts saved. How do I archive them?

kishind ago

Searchvoat.co will stay up a while longer

Save each page of your saved posts as an HTML file? I've had to do that with other forums that weren't compatible with archive websites

There's a paid archiving service I found some months ago. The guy who runs it is small-time and funny enough the website does note that over using it will result in you being asked to leave. I'm sure you could explain that you'd like to a big archive in a small amount of time... maybe work out additional payments.

I can pull up the link if you'd like. Not sure of the name but I bet I can find it.

Oh damn I didn't even think of that. I've been saving quality posts and info for a while now.. time to back that shit up I guess..

Here's a good place https://archive.vn/

I am not sure if I can archive my own saved posts though...

I just went through my saved posts... Clicking on most of the links contained in them shows that the links themselves have already been scrubbed. So disappointing (but not surprising)

Speaking of saved posts... in my experience, Voat is only capable of going to 20 pages. Trying to view 21 and beyond yields nothing. Bug or feature?

It's mostly these damn image hosts that all went offline. magaimg, etc.

Yeah, but that's so much.
