So, I happened to be watching this video from Kappy's neighbour who is in his apartment .. It's over 2 hours long and I stopped at the 28 min. mark where she says that he left a note on the fridge door to investigate Lyme Disease and the university of St. Louis. I don't know if she should be taken seriously but because that university has been on my radar I thought I'd take a look..

Wow. Your last link "Maybe there is something ELSE......", talks about "PANDA/PANS" being some sort of syndrome, like Lyme Disease. Now, it is so weird that this could just as well be a spoof. Beyond that, I don't get it. The people seem different enough (in general) to be hard to place into a context.
