This is further to this post: Ghislaine Maxwell is allegedly hiding out in Boston at her boyfriend's home, tech CEO Scott G. Borgerson of CARGOMETRICS , a company which provides shipping data..COUGH
At CFR, Dr. Borgerson is examining the foreign policy implications of increased access in the melting Arctic Ocean, opportunities for U.S. coastal shipping, and the geography of global shipping networks. Dr. Borgerson directs CFR’s roundtable series on strategic ocean governance as part of the program on international institutions and global governance, funded by the Robina Foundation.

Innovating GEOENGINEERING and Oceans Governance
The world's oceans have moved to the forefront of U.S. foreign policy, as maritime rivalry increases in Asia, sea routes open through the Arctic, and the oceans confront a slew of environmental catastrophes. IIGG hosted a June event, "Governing the Ocean Commons: Growing Challenges, New Approaches," in which oceans experts and policymakers explored new approaches to sustainably managing the global ocean commons. The discussion featured Scott Borgerson, chief executive officer of CargoMetrics and cofounder of the Arctic Circle, and Ghislaine Maxwell, founder of the TerraMar Project. At the same time, geoengineering is becoming increasingly plausible, and although innovative scientific advances could help tackle climate change, geoengineering raises major concerns over the unknown threats it could pose. On June 6, experts gathered to discuss these issues and the future of geoengineering governance in "Reengineering the Planet's Climate: Technological Possibilities and Policy Choices," a roundtable featuring former undersecretary of state for global affairs Frank Loy, Jane Long of Lawrence Livermore Labs, Steven Hamburg of the Environmental Defense Fund, and Riley Duren of NASA's Jet Propulsion Labs at CalTech.

The Arctic Circle is an independent nonprofit organization founded by President Ólafur Ragnar Grímsson of Iceland, former Greenland Prime Minister Kuupik Kleist, Alaska Dispatch and Arctic Imperative Summit founder Alice Rogoff and other prominent leaders on Arctic issues. The organization’s mission is to facilitate dialogue and build relationships to responsibly address rapid changes in the Arctic.

Alice Nicole Rubenstein (née Alice Nicole Rogoff, born November 10, 1951) is an Americanpublisher, business executive, philanthropist, and arts patron. ..Rogoff is the daughter of Mortimer Rogoff (1921–2008), former chairman and president of Navigation Sciences; her mother is the artist, Sheila Rogoff.[1][2][3] She has two siblings, Louisa Thompson and Julia Peach.[4] Rogoff attended the Dalton School, Connecticut College, and the Harvard Business School,[5] receiving an MBA degree in 1978
Rogoff first went to Alaska in 2002.[8] She was introduced to Alaska by Theron "Terry" Smith, former chief pilot for Alaska Airlines. With Smith and his wife, Rogoff traveled around Alaska, meeting its people. She subsequently learned to fly an airplane herself.[5] While visiting the Smiths, she bought a home in Anchorage. Rogoff became the majority owner of the Alaska Dispatch in 2008. ..Rogoff wed David Rubenstein, co-founder and co-chief executive officer of The Carlyle Group, in 1983

So, we know that Harvard is involved with geoengineering: https://geoengineering.environment.harvard.edu/
Here's a list of their perople https://geoengineering.environment.harvard.edu/people-0 Wonder how many knew Epstein?
Harvard scientists will soon send chemicals into the atmosphere to test whether a last-ditch planet-hacking plan could keep Earth habitable - https://www.businessinsider.com/harvard-scientists-to-release-chemicals-into-sky-in-2019-to-cool-earth-2018-12?r=US&IR=T
Yale lecturer Wake Smith and Harvard lecturer Gernot Wagner, the study's authors, also determined it would be hard for anyone to deploy such a geoengineering program in secret.
Okay, I'm going to stop there for now but obviously more DIGGING needs to be done.
