A purchase-sale agreement between RFR and the sellers, Tishman Speyer and an Abu Dhabi government fund, was expected to be signed on Friday, a source familiar with the deal said.

..Since then, the cost of the ground lease, paid to the owner of the land, Cooper Union, has skyrocketed, while the rents at the building haven’t kept up... Current tenants include Creative Arts Agency, co-working firm Spaces and law firm Moses & Singer.

..CBRE’s Darcy Stacom and Bill Shanahan are marketing the property on behalf of Tishman Speyer and the fund, formerly known as the Abu Dhabi Investment Council but now a division of Mubadala, which controls a vast portfolio of global assets including a large stake in New York’s Park Lane Hotel and the Manchester City soccer club.

For Rosen, landing the Chrysler Building would be akin to adding the Kohinoor Diamond to an already formidable collection of gems. The developer and his partner Michael Fuchs have made a career out of snagging architecturally and historically significant buildings, such as the Mies Van Der Rohe-designed Seagram Building at 375 Park Avenue, the Skidmore, Owings and Merrill-designed Lever House at 390 Park Avenue, and the Church Missions House at 281 Park Avenue South.

Something else off: Maialino's is NOT on 21st and Park Ave., it is on Lexington Ave.

In that correspondence between the Podesta brothers, Tony mentions that earlier in the day he is meeting with his Amgen client Ellen McCarthy and that the Italian dinner is planned for after their theatre visit.

Sidenote:I have long been searching for the connection between this company (https://www.polaris.com/en-us/) and the child trafficking tracking agency the Polaris Project. I think they are linked through this software company Project-Polaris https://www.project-polaris.com/ . But I'm not sure about that yet. If we can confirm these connections, that would be huge.

..Amgen gave a crap ton of money to the Podesta group which seems pretty suspicious in and of itself. Anyway, they are a part of BioFlorida. BioFlorida had one member named RTI Surgical which was caught illegally selling Ukrainian organs, bone marrow, and tissue. My suspicion is it is a mixture of criminal and legitimate pharma groups hodgepodged together in order to appear more benign. Martin Shkreli (he is a piece of shit, I know) claimed that he was small time compared to the likes of Amgen.

I haven't looked into Amgen individually before but it seems they have been investing heavily into stem cells. Ukraine is also a major provider of stem cells and they have even caught hospitals killing and harvesting the bones of newborns in order to derive stem cells from the bone marrow. It is worth looking into if they are clean or not involved in trafficking body-parts.

TI Surgical also teamed up with the American Dental Association in 2016 to work on a technical report. Ironically, in 2012 Michael G. O'Callaghan who writes for the Journal of the American Dental Association wrote a report about human trafficking going on in the dental profession. Four years later the same dental company is working with a company that was found to be involved in trafficking human tissue and organs. Also the American Dental Association is big league stuff. This appears to go pretty deep.

RTI Surgical is a member of AdvaMed Hillary Clinton's speech for AdvaMed earned her 265,000 If you want clear Pizzagate ties it doesn't get much clearer than this.
