What's with the obsession with tunnels. Other than at a border crossing, have tunnels been used in a single case of trafficking?

You claim these businesses have "access" to the tunnels, but you show no evidence of this. Do have such evidence?

All you have shown is there are influential companies on Park Ave South.

And Madison is parallel to Park, not around the corner.

Oh boy, I just looked at your other thread. You have several things wrong

Spin in New York IS NOT across the street from the Waldorf Astoria. It's a mile and a half south.

The train tunnels you claim go the length of Park Avenue do not go to Spin. They stop at Grand Central Terminal on 42 Street. Park Ave continues to 32nd Street. Spin is on 23rd Street which is near Park Ave South.

This means your thesis has fallen apart.

Actually they are 23 blocks apart.

Nope. Wrong again 304 Park Avenue is right next to 280 Park Avenue. Check it out on Google ma... OH, I forgot, you don't read maps.

Wrong again 304 Park Avenue is right next to 280 Park Avenue.

This may be true, but it has nothing to do with SPiN NY which is located on East 23rd Street.

Yet another source to verify the Park Avenue location: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/SPiN

Not sure why you would use wikipedia, rather than say SPiN's website, https://wearespin.com/location/new-york/ which gives the correct address.

NEW YORK 23 48 E. 23RD ST (BETWEEN MADISON & PARK) NEW YORK, NY 10010

It has always been at this location. ( @septimasexta and I know this because I live in the new york. I also know the Park Avenue Tunnel ends at Grand Central Terminal, because that's where you get on the train. It's also part of the Wikipedia link he posted.)

Now that you have the correct address for SPiN and the understand that Park Ave and Park Ave South are considered different streets you can use your map tool to find out the truth. Here's a hint, 280 Park Ave and 280 Park Ave South are not the same building. They are a mile apart.

Here's walking directions you can map out yourself To go from from 280 Park Ave, New York, NY 10020 to SPiN's location at 48 E 23rd St, New York, NY 10010 is 1.4 mile and a 28 minute walk. Notice the different zip code.

28 min (1.4 miles) via Madison Ave 280 Park Ave Head southwest on Park Ave toward E 48th St......164 ft Turn right onto E 48th St........476 ft Turn left onto Madison Ave 1.2 mi

Turn left onto E 23rd St......246 ft to 48 E 23rd St

"and I know this because I live in the new york." Don't tell me.....you were born in Queens?

Of course, JA was born in New York.........

BTW, I am related to Waldorf Astor, son of JJ Astor lll. They owned the property under the Empire State Building. He built the Waldorf Hotel on family property. His cousin JJAstor lV, to compete, built the Astor Hotel next door. Putting profit over family competition, they combined the two, which became the Waldorf Astoria Hotel. Yes, they did have tunnels.

Nikola Tesla once lived in the Waldorf Astoria: "Dr. Ljubo Vujovic, Secretary General of the Tesla Memorial Society of New York writes that Tesla relocated to The New Yorker from the Waldorf-Astoria." https://untappedcities.com/2016/01/26/step-inside-nikola-teslas-hotel-room-at-the-new-yorker-in-3d/
