Background on Niños de Cristo Orphanage

• Orfanato Niños de Cristo (in Spanish) was founded in 1993 in the Dominican Republic by Sonia Hane

• In 1999 the orphanage relocated to land donated by the Fanjul’s Central Romana Corporation, 15 minutes from Casa de Campo

• The new facilities were financed by three Italian men, Casa de Campo owners Egidio Mazzocato and Mauricio Guarnier, and their friend Luciano Pagan

• Sonia Hane partnered in 2005 with prominent advertising executive and Casa de Campo owner Charles Decker, who founded “Friends of Niños de Cristo” later called the Charles Decker Foundation. An account of this is here, page 1 and page 2.

Listed as a reference is David Searby, who was the U.S. Embassy in Haiti’s spokesperson under HRC during the 2010 earthquake and aftermath, here and here.

Shocking as well is this, on the CDF website:

A number of the children, usually in their mid teens, have spent a year or two with American families they met while visiting the orphange.

He also mentions Innocents at Risk/Deborah Sigmund as a helper to his foundation.

Valerie Wertheimer, wife of multi-billionaire co-owner of Chanel, Gerard Wertheimer, and Action Innocence

Guest of honor was Valérie Werthheimer, president of an international aid foundation called “Action Innocence”, which based in Switzerland, France and Monaco, donates monthly to the Orfanato Niños de Cristo

Action Innocence was founded in 1999, the same year Ninos de Cristo moved close to Casa de Campo. Its activities include

• providing anti-child pornography software to police in France, Switzerland, Austria, and Monaco

• and holding 35,000 events in Switzerland each year for children and teenagers.

Valerie Wertheimer also runs the Action Innocence orphanage for sexually abused children in Santo Domingo (two hours from La Romana.)

Piaget was commissioned to create a diamond watch for an auction to benefit Action Innocence. It is a fingerprint but does it symbolize mind control, pedophilia, to those in the know, you decide (picture in link.)

Enrico Citati and Orietta Pietrobelli Citati

Enrico Citati is/was Honorary Vice Consul (see text) source for Italy in La Romana, meaning he could help push through paperwork, perhaps. His wife is vice president of the orphanage foundation.

Orphanage's US Address is Shared With Storage-Related Businesses

The US address for the orphanage is 1408 Bethlehem Pike, Flourtown, Pennsylvania.

Hopefully this is nothing -- it is shared with storage-related businesses. They are associated with Lou Gilmore, a Casa de Campo owner, as well as his son Louis A. Gilmore III and others.

Lou Gilmore was briefly quoted in a Washington Post article about the Menendez case at Casa de Campo; and here is his Facebook page.

A listing for Miller Buildings links to two villas for rent at Casa de Campo, presumably Lou Gilmore’s properties. Startling but probably an error.

Miller Building International also makes metal buildings; I do not know if it is connected to the Gilmores, I haven’t had time to look into it.
