When you look at the sourcecode of this website : http://octagon.lhohq.info/justin-bieber.html you find the complete list (only very minor differences)

Some users have pointed out that the style of the octagon website http://octagon.lhohq.info/justin-bieber.html is quite similar to the worldcorpo site. http://www.worldcorpo.net/

it is also very similar to sign69, http://www.sign69.com/medialounge/framer.html that we found a while back.

which is in turn very similar to: http://goodandplenty.de/ a site linked from dr. pong in berlin.

Ive even found similar clipart on sign 69 and good and plenty https://imgoat.com/v/2737

all these sites seem to have very similar content and style. endless pages with disturbing visuals and sound, gibberish texts mixed with seemingly relevant info. often seems completely computer generated.

It was posted here that it was part of Cicada, when I started digging into Synt.us and then I realized it was connected to LHOHQ.info, WorldCorpo through imagery, and other things, and then it branched out over every social media network, literally.
