@Honeybee_ Tagging you into this what feels like a never ending one-sided debate I'm having with the retard known as @Oh_Well_ian regarding permits.

What he doesn't seem to understand is that permits issued state "3518 11th Street". Okay, you might think, that is the house on 11th street. In fact, if you look at the SSL number you would get 2833 0099, which is indeed the house on 11th. Now, on the picture of the permit that you posted https://imgur.com/aYWfe1Q the issue date is 01/06/2015 and the description of work reads "Replacement in kind of up to 4 stories of a single interior stairway. Replacement in kind, when applied to architectural features, means replacement with a feature of like material that replicates the existing feature in proportion, appearance, texture, design, detail..."

If you go here https://pivsservices.dcra.dc.gov/PIVS/Results.aspx and search the address, you will get the required details. Regarding permits if you go to the 'Issued permits' section on the left. You will see a permit issued for 01/06/2015 for the exact same work to be done, only it lists it as if it was the house on 11th street. It is a clerical error, understandable given that so many of us seem to be unable to distinguish between the two addresses. The permit was for the Pegasus building and the work was done on the Pegasus building. 3518 11th street being linked to Pegasus is nothing more than that, the mixing up of addresses because of a missing R or Rear .

Is it possible that 3518 11th St front and REAR are ONE property? Does Pegasus Museum have a mailbox? Can the POST OFFICE confirm the 2 addresses?

They are both on one long lot, but are considered two different addresses by the Post Off. because of the letter R after one of them. Now that confuses things because one owner can own both residences on that property OR there could be two owners if at one time they were split up. I know someone in a larger city that lives on same type of property and they do not get their proper mail if they do not have that R after the address. But it is owned by the same Landlord, as in same person. Very confusing indeed. @Yuke

They are both on separate lots, their own lots, with one owner each, so very much separate from each other. They only back onto each other.

So you think that each one of them, Alefantis and Tochilin owns their own place. I was considering that maybe Tochilin might be renting to JA but now that looks confusing. As I said before, this could be the set up, but I also see now that Pegasus is behind two different residences, the red house and blue house. This makes it more like you say. I think also that the reason Pegasus is undervalued in the 300K range is because the other houses are homes and Pegasus is a large garage of sorts. I believe that possibly it could have been an old Carriage house for horses in the past. You make a very good point now with your maps and diagrams. Thank You Very Much.
