No one noticed that "Q Clearance Patriot" refers to a Department of Energy level clearance. Q is roughly equivalent to Top Secret.

DoE would have a pretty good idea of what went down at UraniumOne.

Q classification - would have access to the details on the type of Mini Nukes/ Thermobaric Nukes used to demolish the Twin Towers for example.

Not necessarily. A Q clearance, like a Top Secret (TS) only means you have been approved to have access to classified at that level. First, you must have a need to know. Secondly, you would likely have access, if you have a need to know, to info pertaining to the pit and the detonator only. Most likely, one would not have access to the mechanism design. Also, that information would likely be in a special access program (SAP) requiring further credentialing to access. It all depends on who/what their role is.
