I thought I'd have another look at the apartment buildings on Connecticut Avenue, one or two blocks away from Comet Ping Pong.
I'll start with Avalon the Albemarle :

The name caught my eye because of a post I did yesterday. The website is avaloncommunities.com .The same company that is connected with the Child Actor program in Oakwood, Hollywood..Here's the post where I speculated/deduced that this is a CIA outfit:
Moving up Connecticut Avenue towards CPP, we find Saratoga Apartments and Chespeake Apartments. Both run run by the Horning Brothers https://www.horningbrothers.com/services/property-management/
Note the address: 3333 14th Street NW, Suite 300, Washington DC 20010
Within the leadership team is David Roodberg
He also works with a children's charity Martha's Table http://marthastable.org/about/leadership/david-roodberg/
Patty Stonesifer, 60, is the president and CEO of Martha’s Table.

She is the former co-chair and CEO of the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation and former chairman of the Smithsonian Institution Board of Regents.
Here is Obama at Martha's Table: http://marthastable.org/obama/
and an article about an event with Prince Charles in May 2011:
Lunch for Today, Food for the Future
a rousing keynote by His Royal Highness Prince Charles. Seedling Projects collaborated with Bon Appetit Management Company and D.C. non-profits, with the generous support of Kaiser Permanente, to produce a lunch that continued the conversations sparked by the panelists and speakers over a family-style meal.
Hand-decorated bay leaves. The children from E.W. Stokes public charter school and Martha’s Table donated their youthful artistic talents to decorate 350 bay leaves that sprang to life at each place setting. The leaf decoration, coordinated by Farm to Desk D.C. coordinator Peter Nalli, was integrated into a lesson on herbs.
(Mentioned in the article is Bon Appétit Management Company. Parent company is the Compass Group/ Worth further scrutiny as it has links to military and UN.)
This all rang a bell with me because I did a post a while back about a murdered Washington DC actress who happened to meet Prince Charles during that visit in 2011:
And within that post, I made the connection with THEARC. Of course, Septime Webre (good friend of James Alefantis) is heavily involved
with them: https://www.washingtonpost.com/local/on-mississippi-ave-se-a-place-of-light-and-learning/2012/11/20/610f4c68-334b-11e2-bfd5-e202b6d7b501_story.html?utm_term=.05c816c297e5
It's a small world, is DC.

Her restaurant is north of campus on Shattuck Ave. More down you find codeword businesses over the metro tunnel as well as buildings like this
