Not much information available on Mr. Fiore. He seems to run a normal chiropractor's business in Pasadena, MD.

But did find this: a short article by Fiore that recommends more research on chiropractic treatment of infants with colic, a condition of "excessive" crying in babies for no apparent reason. [https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Baby_colic].
