Found a guy with the same name, also from Baltimore (they look similar but i only have few pics to work with, and that guy is convicted for murder of a family (mother and kids) (hided the bodies in a hollow tree)

He took the youngest girl to his house NEST and CUT HER FINGER REGULARLY, has drawn spirals on the wall in his house and filled his house with leafs... like an animal nest.... inside his fridge where only dead squirrels and lollipops. Neighbor: "He would shoot and eat the squirrels".

Is this another person thinking he is a catlike beast? can someone do the comparison of the two persons as a second opinion please. (also the dates dont seem to match but need a second opinion)
