My premise is that besides the strategy of invading a nation with drugs in order to control it and get obscenely rich while doing it (i.e. the article: The Crown's agents...), infesting a society with pedophiles and sex addiction in general, is another strategy to weaken a society's ability to defend itself from complete exploitation of its people.
