A bit of news today, Aaron Dover, who wrote this piece here on Voat.co has been reported as having died by The Times, UK
Aaron was a student at the same Christchurch primary school in Hampstead, London that Ella Gareeva's children attended and testified about having been complicit in their abuse. Aaron's mother, Jenny Dover, worked at the school as well as the Tavistock Centre in Hampstead apparently.
He had a Youtube channel where he posted many videos regarding flat Earth for the past 8 months, prior to that he posted about the Hampstead case. He was well-known for posting death threats to "shills" and certain personalities involved in the Hampstead arena.

This is digressing from this dom. Believe it or not. But do research it. Now that you know for a fact that you cannot trust any government agencies. Including all the space ones. For those choosing the knee jerk attack route on Flat earth dismissing them as shills, here is my response:
Rather than distracting ad-hominem attacks, I prefer going the debunking route. So far I'm falling short. Now let's clear up the main claim of serious flat earthers: The earth is not a spinning ball. That's it.
There is no claim that there is a dome, or that they understand how moon phases work, or that there is an edge, or that they understand why things that go up fall down. They just choose to go ahead with Archimedes' explanation. After all gravity as we know it in Newtonian mechanics applied to phenomena on earth is just a proportionality constant that is equally explained by relative density/buoyancy.
Now, just go and see UN map logo. It is the standard Gleason flat map. You dont need the earth to be a globe to circumnavigate. Just follow the compass that always keeps pointing to the magnetic center of the flat earth map (which is the north pole) and 'you will go around in circles'. You dont fall of the edge because the claim is that Antarctica is an ice wall surrounding the earth.
Let's look at some main observations that seriously need to be answered by people choosing to attack Flat earth:
1) The earth is a globe: This statement implies that curvature should be detected by people on earth. How do you explain the multiple observations of people seeing skylines and islands greater than 40 miles away using zoom lenses when earth curvature dictates that it should have disappeared below the horizon? What about high altitude balloon footage without fish eye lenses that show an absolute flat horizon? 2) The earth is spinning: Aircrafts use directional gyros to determine their heading. In short, mechanical gyros tend to hold their orientation in space independent of earth position, gravity etc. Therefore if the base of the gyro mount is rotated, the reading should indicate how much rotation has occured. In this video, the person used a commercial directional gyro used by aircrafts and placed it on flat table in a location in the northern hemisphere (53 deg latitude) and waited for a sufficient period of time to see if the earth rotation was registered. He basically did not observe anything. This means that the base of the gyro does not rotate. Which logically implies that the table did not rotate along with the earth. How is that possible? So any flat earth debunking article must adequately explain these anamolies. Rather than the usual Bill Nye or Neil DeGrasse Tyson videos. It goes without question that flat earthers do not trust any space agency. So prove them wrong using terrestrial experiments. Stop linking to 'science' accessible by only a few people.

Bingo. Nailed it. And that's just the tip of the ice berg.
1) NASA is the space propaganda arm for the military industrial complex, created mostly to militarize "space", scam the American taxpayer out of billions and wage war on your mind using Scientism and pseudoscience.
2) How can a positive pressure system (Earth's atmosphere) exist adjacent to a negative pressure system (space) without a physical barrier? It can't, in physics when opposite pressure systems converge and homogenize, we call this process equilibrium. In real testable, repeatable experiments this is impossible without a physical barrier to contain/separate opposing pressure systems. Think air duster.
3) In the thousands of years of recorded celestial navigation, why hasn't a single star changed positions (minus planets aka wandering stars) if we are traveling at incredible speeds in multiple contradictory directions? Not even the ones closest to us deviated at all. Ancient star navigation and the use of the most accurate ancient navigational tool known as the astrolabe would have been impossible if we are traveling though space.
4) Stars and planets are nothing more than lights in the sky- can be seen with a household camera pulsating in multiple colors. Planets are not this terra-firma object that can be landed on with a space ship- as they would have you believe.
5) Both Airy's Failure and the Michelson-Morley experiment prove Earth is not moving through space. Later, George Sagnac's experiment further reinforces this notion and throws the Theory of Relativity out the window. Universities don't teach about these experiments in their curriculum. some Physicists in the field whom have worked over 25 years have never even heard about these experiments. That should speak volumes in and of itself.
6) Ancient Mayan, Egyptian and Hebrew cosmogony depict an immovable Flat Earth under a Dome(firmament). Not to mention the Bible, Torah and Quran all contain excerpts that can be interpreted as such. Sumerian, Babylonian, Vedic and Chinese cosmogony depict similar notions.
7) No measurable curvature can be detected no matter how high in altitude you ascend.
8) Gyros prove airPLANES travel over a plane, not a sphere.
9) Common sense tells us we are not hurtling through space at incredible speeds in multiple contradictory directions in a violent chaotic vacuum- All while butterflies birds and bees are immune to such phenomena. Gravity is nothing more than density and buoyancy. Think helium balloons.
Like PG, this redpill is a big one for most to swallow. Give it time.

I have studied and believe many "conspiracy theories" as fact for many years but this is one I stayed clear of bcuz it just seemed so bizarre and out there. I guess bcuz I don't understand fully why/motives they would lie about a round earth versus flat.
Can you explain a little more or point out a good vid to watch that is kind of dummied down one in layman terms? Science isn't my strong suit so it would go over my head if it was like a Stephen Hawkins type talking as to why this true and why would they lie about this.

I too have ignored it. Personally, I don't care what shape it is. It's not the same sort of lie as lies like 9/11 was a terrorist attack and the lie missing kids are simply missing. These types of lies cause harm.
Maybe the earth thing is causing some harm in not aware of, but I doubt it. More likely it's preventing us deplorables from advancing somehow.

I'm seeing an awful lot of flat earth garbage being spouted around here, maybe it is organic coincidence but also there is the possibility that this is being done with the intent to discredit pizzagate by association.
Pizzagate is real, the evidence is overwhelming, but if I hand out the web address for /v/pizzagate in an attempt to spread awareness and they come here and see flat earth nonsense being discussed, THEY WILL TUNE OUT PIZZAGATE. That is how controlled opposition works, it is highly effective! We need to keep these topics separate, people are free to believe what they want but pizzagate is real and we need people to see that, flat earthers would certainly harm the perception of Pizzagate by association, this fact is as undeniable as it is troubling.
As for why this linked flat earth video is BS:
After listening to the segment on gravity, it is clear the narrator has no idea what he is talking about. He says we didn't need theory of gravity to explain things, it was already adequately explained by varying densities just happening to move objects around. If that were true, why can we put an object in a vacuum chamber and still have it fall? Fail logic. He then says if gravity is real then people should be orbiting the planet instead of stuck to it, completely ignoring the concept of orbital velocity (ie the velocity you must reach to sustain an orbit by using your momentum to counteract gravitational forces). He also says all the planets should be sucked into the sun, which is wrong for the same reason.
Here is a video from a film expert on why we are more likely to have gone to the moon than faked it.
As you are someone who is admittedly not great at science, I'd recommend you steer clear of this topic lest you get sucked into it without adequate merit. My next point is even more important.

Upvoat for such a great, spot-on fucking comment! About 2 years ago I laughed at the flat earth concept so I started looking into it and I couldn't really believe what I was seeing. I took a few semesters of astronomy in my early college days and as interesting as it all was, the numbers just never made any fucking sense!! My professor wasn't to pleased with questioning "scientific facts" either...typical. I believe Antarctica is the key to this particular puzzle. It's also the only continent that is prohibited from being explored without gov. approval and has a treaty signed by all other countries that noone can extract the resources for financial gains. Go check it out on Google Earth and look at all the areas that have been removed/erased or replaced by a previous years picture. There is some serious fuckery going on down there and big industrial countries such as US, Russia, China, and a few other have enormous military bases down there. It all raises red flags and unending questions.

Erm. Stars do change positions. If you look at your favorite constellation in the spring and then again in the fall, it will be in a different part of the sky.
You can also see the curvature of the earth from a plane. Next time you take a flight just look at the horizon.
Appeal to tradition isn't really proof of anything. Just because ancient documents said something doesn't mean it can't later be disproven.

1) Stars do not change positions in their 24 hour cycles. They "rotate" around the earth in cycles but always return to their original positions- minus planets that do change positions but follow their own unique cycles.
2) You cannot see curvature from any commercial aircraft that cruise at a max altitude of 30K feet. You cannot even see curvature from an altitude of 121K feet (see video below). Whatever curvature you think you see is either through the curved windows (built this way for aerodynamics) or because your mind tells you there's curvature because you "know" there is.
3) My point wasn't to appeal to tradition, rather to show patterns and coincidences that are anything but. Ancients weren't as dumb as you think, these people were highly advanced in their knowledge of astronomy and math. Remember we can't even replicate building the pyramids with today's tech.
Critical thought is lacking in today's society. But this was by design because we always have some "expert" to tell us how and what to think. Convenient isn't it?

Here's a mnemonic from calendars of the ancients: Sun was used to determine time of the day, moon time of month and stars time of the year. Pyramids of giza line up perfectly with the orion constellation. Coincidence after 3000 years? Given that the solar system is zooming at incredible speeds? Explain why you can observe polaris to be stationary during star time lapse images at latitudes other than the north pole? AFter all, we are told that polaris is on the earth rotation axis. So how can it be that it does not move with respect to points NOT on the earth rotation axis?
Remember, we got to think critically here. We should be questioning EVERYTHING and take NOTHING for granted.

Orion moves in the sky. The pyramids of Giza are a terrestrial map of the shape of Orion, with the angles and ratios correct. But no, they are not directly under Orion at all times.
