I noticed some of the previous posts discussing the Octagon website https://voat.co/v/pizzagate/1768269

Dug through the site and found a page that had some comments, like a guestbook (Can't recall but it was somewhere on the site). Which led me to This site (page is clean, but not sure about links) After checking the source, there was a qr code, which led to the file index, and interesting text I expanded which is in the imgur album attached to the bottom of the page.

I searched the files areas and came across a .pdf on This file page (Warning: I did not verify if this was a clean file) Its the second link, which is a .pdf mentioning "deciphering"

The .pdf had some bizarre images and some sort of cipher over 128 pages. Some of the only legible text on the specifically shows the words "Madeline McCann" on the bottom of page 6. Any ideas what this could be? This is clearly related to pizzagate and, although it may be disinformation or LARP, it seems like alot of time was put into the page. Seems a little too advanced for roleplaying.
